    Poor product and misleading info

    • Written by Kristy S from Brooklyn

The first one we purchased was broken and wouldn’t charge. We exchanged it for a second jump rope that came missing parts (the charger). The box claimed that the rope synch’s to multiple apps but in fact it only synch’s to one app that you need to pay for.

Worst product I got from Apple so far

    • Written by fang H from Brooklyn

I strongly suggest Apple to remove this product from your website. It is the worst product I got for far from Apple and the quality doesn’t match Apple. 1: you have to cut the rope correctly, there is no space for error! 2: worst App ever! The app is super NOT stable. I couldn’t even use the App the second time I use the rope. (This is what throw me off the most) 3: it is so easy to twist together. You would never be able to jump more than 50 times, the rope will start to twist from the bottom (huge design error). I must return it tomorrow!!! Hope no others will go through the same trouble as I did! Grrrrr!

This product has a significant flaw

    • Written by Mark D from ETOBICOKE

The length of the rope is adjustable. The rope passes into the handle and is held in place by a plastic detent affixed to the rope with a tiny threaded rod. Adjustment means undoing that, shortening the rope, cutting off the excess, then tightening it again. You will probably strip that tiny plastic hole, and the detent will no longer hold the rope in place.
