The worst headphones I have ever owned

I cannot wait until I get a refund for these things that have frustrated me so much for last month lf my life!
Do NOT WASTE your money on them!!

They don't work at all. Plug them in and sometimes they just don't work or most of the time there is a severe crackling noise in my ear and loads of windy sounds. Noise cancelling? What?! No they are not!

    Criminal.

Great purchase, if a little pricey

I'm very happy with these earphones, as I think I should be for $150. They fit me a lot better than the standard earphones. One of the earbuds on the Apple earphones fell out frequently. With the wide range of earbuds available on the Pioneer, I'm sure to get a good fit. I haven't even tried the foam ones yet; a little more documentation on why Pineer included both foam and silicone earbuds would have been nice.

I like the app that comes with it, especially the equalizer and the "smart button" controls. I looked at a lot of options, and seriously considered the wireless Bluetooth models because I don't really like the wire getting in my way, but I chose these based on the other reviews, and also because I wouldn't like needing a separate charger for the Bluetooth phones.

I listen to both classical and popular music, and I find that these sound really good, although I have only the standard earphones to compare them with.

One problem I am running into is that intermittently, and at about five or 10 minute intervals, the sound spontaneously pauses; I can easily restart it, and so far, I have found that leaving the auto pause feature off has prevented the problem. Although I've used them for many hours, I'm only on my second day of working with them. I'll see if I can work that problem out before I take them back to the store.

    Brilliant

Great sound quality, and some great features too. The simple one is of course being able to charge and listen at the same time. The smart button, and things like automatic pause/play when you take your headphone out/in are very smart too. Nice work Pioneer! Take a bow.

    Best in-ear noise-canceling headphones!

As an extensive business traveler, I use a variety of different headphones and earphones. I highly recommend the Pioneer Rayz earphones.

Besides being just a great-sounding headphone with superb noise canceling capability, one of the best features was the companion App with a load of additional features:
    - The Smart Mute feature was excellent - it allows me to take calls from noisy places like city streets and airports in a way that I could not before - the Smart Mute feature automatically mutes when I stop talking, so background noise doesn't interfere with the other person talking!
    - The ability to activate Hey Siri with one's voice - no need to press any buttons to activate Hey Siri like you have to do with other headphones!

These earphones are a must-have for anyone to have in their briefcase or backpack, and for audiophiles to use at home or on the go...
