    It doesn't fit the iPad!

Do not buy this case. It does not fit the iPad mini 4!

I thought that perhaps there was something wrong with my new iPad as every time I opened the lid on the case the little audio volume icon stayed on the screen. It was only after I realised that the upper volume button was being permanently pressed down by the case. The aperture for the volume buttons is in the wrong place. Short of taking a power tool to the case, there is nothing you can do about it. Seriously disappointing.

This is a rip off. Apple should not be selling this case as being suitable for the iPad mini 4. What has happened to their quality control??

    Don’t buy

I bought it due to its sleek design and quality feel. After a couple of months the apple pen started falling out and cracks in corners appearing (without dropping it). Apple replaced without any issue. Now the new one has broken with cracked corners again. Not at all good enough quality for this price.

    Broken

I purchased this Moleskine Portfolio for its quality feel and appearance. I have to agree with the other reviewer that it is limited in functionality. The IPad is held in place by a rigid plastic case similar to that of a phone case. Recently the unit slipped off the back of the couch to a wooden floor 28 inches below. I was surprised to find that two corners broke off the plastic case and it no longer holds the iPad in place. A thin strip next to the volume keys also snapped. Moleskine denied warranty coverage. $100 is a lot spend for a cover that only lasted four months.
