    Works well

    • Written by Jeremy F from Cupertino

I've been using this case for 6 months.

Initially I tried to utilize this case only when my iPhone battery was low. This isn't very efficient and doesn't add much life to the phone.

However, if you leave the case on all the time, I get nearly a full day of use before the case is completely drained. This is how the Apple cases work by default.

I think this should be the default mode of the case or perhaps no option at all provided and the case simply powers the phone until drained.

4 stars because I wish this case was more like the apple soft case, it is a bit bulky.

Charged it fully, let my phone battery go to 20%. Turn case on to charge. Piece of garbage doesn’t even work.

Run, Don't Walk, Away from This Product and Mophie

    • Written by Josh S from Austin

I bought the Mophie Juice Pack “Wireless” for my iPhone 8 Plus and the Mophie wireless charging base. When I plug it in with the cable it came with it issues a high pitch whine and does *not* charge the case. When I put my phone into the case and lay it on the charging base, it does *not* charge the case or the phone. If I put just my phone on the base, it *will* charge, but only if I find just the right spot. You have to register the two-year warranty with Mophie, so I tried to get warranty support. They gave me the run around. They said my serial # wasn't in their database, despite being registered. They said I could go through their “process” for filling out a warranty claim, send them $27.95 for shipping at my cost and they require me to give them a credit card in case I don't return the dead brick case and the cable and anything else. They want to be sure to have a way to charge me for the privilege of getting an untested product that does not work at all. What a lousy company that does not understand product testing or customer service.
