    Inconsistent charging

    • Written by Andrej S from Valby

Very inconsistent. The watch stops and starts charging randomly, often restarting up to 50 times a night. The phone may not charge at all, depending on the placement. Even if placed correctly, it will occasionally "decide" not to charge and end up flat in the morning. Airpods can only be charged if placed very accurately. Nice idea, poor execution.

    Ordering a second one

    • Written by Ace M from Atlanta

I ordered this 3 in one because managing 3 separate wired or wireless chargers becomes quite inconvenient and cumbersome. The watch charger works perfectly fine. The AirPod charger works great as well. The only time you have to have it perfectly set is when you have a rubber case on the AirPods but even then it charges through the case. The main reason why this charger received a 4 star instead of a 5 is that you have to set your iPhone down almost perfectly or else it won’t charge. It takes some getting used to but it works.

    Works Like Magic!

    • Written by Andrew C from Gilbert

This thing is awesome! I love that I can charge my phone, watch and AirPods at one time! I was thinking that when I got my new Air Pods Pro it wouldn't fit in the cut out but it still charges them! Works amazingly and so convenient to charge all at once.

    Doesn't work Well

    • Written by Sashim P from Singapore

I would think twice before purchasing this item. It doesn't work well, I have never been able to charge all 3 devices at one time.

It often doesn't charge my phone (or stops charging in the middle of the night!) Additionally if you need a replacement Mophie will charge you for 2 way shipping.

I have been on the phone with Apple for 2 hours and they can't help me resolve my issues....

Safer to buy another 3-in-1 charger from Amazon as their customer support is helpful and has a reasonable refund policy.

    Not working for AirPods

    • Written by Hanuman N from Plano

I bought this product for my iPhone 10, Apple Watch 3 and AirPods, working fine for my watch and phone without any issues, but it’s not working for my AirPods, tried in multiple ways, unplugged and plugged multiple times, but still same issue.

    Trash

    • Written by Bradley J from Va beach

This thing is a piece of trash. It only worked half the time and when it did work all my devices would get super hot. You would think by it being so expensive it would be well made and work splendidly, definitely not so. Do yourself a favor and get the nomad from Best Buy. Same thing, same price but this one actually works. I’ve had it two months so far and works great. In conclusion this charger is one high grade over priced piece of hot garbage.DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS.

    Great Charger, Glad I Purchased.

    • Written by Linda L from Dacula

I bought this to charge my Apple Watch, Air Pods and iPhone XS Max and use an Apple Silicone Case. I very happy with my purchase. NOTE: After having the charger for a week shy of 2 months, the phone would not charge anymore. I'd place the phone down and nothing. I googled and found a fix (Your first course of action when the iPhone doesn’t charge wirelessly is to restart the device. A restart is a simple solution that can fix software glitches that could be interfering with the charging process.). I restarted my phone and everything is fine and back to working great. I absolutely recommend this product.

    Great product

    • Written by Joe F from Pleasanton

I just got this charging pad because my watch series 5 would not work with my other cheaper pad. I have a morphie charging case on my XS Max and it works great. The watch was the test and it charges just fine. I’m not sure if the other reviews were for this exact charger. This charger just came out and isn’t available at the apple store until later this month.

I ordered mine online and it came early. I did see that other retailers sell a Mophie 3 in 1 but it’s different then this one sold exclusively through apple.

So far this is everything I thought it would be. Great product

    Very disappointed

    • Written by Dave D from Scottsdale

First issue: it takes very precise placement of my Xs max to start charging. I often have to try four or five times before the charging will engage.

Second issue: it will start charging and I'll wake up to see the charger light blinking (indicating some type of error) and the phone has not charged.

Third issue: My watch usually charges but not always. It seems to have difficulty engaging. However, once engaged it seems to stay engaged and charge.

I have no issues with the airpod charger.

I contacted mophie support and was told that my software needed to be updated (it is), the phone needs to be restarted (it was) and that the case must be too thick. When using my other mophie chargers I can just plop the phone down on the charger and it charges with no problem. Using cables would be easier than using the 3-in-1.

    Not 3-in-1 wireless

    • Written by Elsa C from gilroy

I would look for something that works better. Originally purchased to use with my watch airpods and of course my iphone X. It did a pretty good job but of course still needed to run a cord for the air pods. Now that i have the IPhone 11 pro if you don't get it in the exact spot you won't get a charge. I am in the market for something new and just bought this less then a month ago. Really wish i would've realized how poorly it performs with the pro within the return window.

    High Hopes

    • Written by Brian N from San Francisco

I had very high hopes for this product. It was going to be the answer to all my cable clutter. Sad and disappointing. The watch charger is hit or miss. The phone pad is touch and go. You have to line it up just perfectly for it to catch a charge. Do not recommend.

    Functional and beautifully

    • Written by Diane C from Dallas

I almost did not buy this charger because of the bad reviews, but I really wanted it because it is cool looking and perfect for my night stand. It works perfectly. I have enjoyed having the watch function as a lighted clock ... it’s easy to tap the base and the watch lights up for a few seconds.

    Replaces watch charger, except...

    • Written by Thomas K from Frederick

Zagg/Mophie won't post this review on their site, so I'll copy here - Buyer beware with this. I found myself in the unfortunate position of coming home from work with a low watch charge and a watch OS update pending. When I put the watch on the 3 in 1, it would not stay in charging mode, no matter what I tried. I chatted with Zagg support and was told that my watch wouldn’t charge because it was not up to date (I’ll ignore that the OS update was 48 hours old). So here’s the fun part, Apple will not allow a watch OS update until it is attached to its charger and has at least 50% charge. Zagg was informing me that the charger wouldn’t work without the update. Rock, hard place. Zagg support suggested I hook the watch to the original cable that came with it to charge for the update, then I could use the 3 in 1. I spent the $140 that this thing costs so that I didn’t need a bunch of cables, and the $25 Apple cable is at my office. So here I sit with a watch that will die before I can get it charged and a $140, beautiful looking paperweight because I didn’t know I would also need a $25 cable too. Bad, bad deal Zagg. Buyer beware.
**Update** Issue continues even after watch update. Contacted Zagg support who suggested a warranty replacement. Come to find that they charge return shipping on warranty replacement. Never again.

Kinda broken at first, then magically decided to work?

    • Written by Andy C from glen ridge

I was wary of spending $140 on something that might not work well after reading some of these reviews so I purchased this on Amazon with my prime account since it came with free shipping and free returns. I figured worst case scenario I'd send it back. So this is where things get interesting. I unbox everything and connect the watch charger part, plug everything in and put my gen 2 Airpods, iPhone 11 pro and apple watch 4 on the charger. And yes, everything had the lastest OS to date when I'm doing this. So the first thing I noticed was a high pitched whine from the watch charger portion. It was quiet but if you listen closely it was definitely there. The next thing I saw was the watch intermittently charging on and off every few seconds. I was about to get very frustrated and return what I thought was a piece of junk but I decided to play with it a little. I unplugged the cable from the outlet and the charger and flipped the orientation (even though it shouldn't matter). I plugged it back in and everything seemed to start working normally. I'm wondering if some of the negative reviewers here just experienced the same thing I did but gave up. If you run into this issue try taking the watch off and unplugging everything because it might actually fix the issue. I've been playing with it all day and everything still works fine. No strange noises and no charging issues with the watch. And yes, the Airpods and phone portion work perfectly as well, it just seems to be the watch that people are having issues with. I'm keeping an eye on it and if it decides to act all weird again I might send it back but for now, it's behaving so I'm happy with it. Leaving 4 stars because of the price and because it initially was acting strangely.

2 out of 3 pads work

    • Written by Alexandra K from Middletown

I received this product which I was excited about, but the area to charge my iPhone 11 does not work. The apple watch and AirPod dock work fine. I used someone else's charging pad so I know it is not the phone itself. The price for this product I think is too much for the quality of the product and the fact that it does not charge my iPhone.

    Very Good Product

    • Written by Gary O from Little Rock

    Simple review -

I have had this charging pad for over a month.

No issues at all - has never failed to charge AirPods, Apple Watch, or iPhone.

I've used a XR and 11 Pro with. Both had cases. Did not interfere with charging.

I've charged all three items at the same time and items on their own. Again, no issues. No problems with watch making contact and staying in place.

Nice item to consolidate several cables and charging devices.
