    Inconsistent charging

    • Written by Andrej S from Valby

Very inconsistent. The watch stops and starts charging randomly, often restarting up to 50 times a night. The phone may not charge at all, depending on the placement. Even if placed correctly, it will occasionally "decide" not to charge and end up flat in the morning. Airpods can only be charged if placed very accurately. Nice idea, poor execution.

    Doesn't work Well

    • Written by Sashim P from Singapore

I would think twice before purchasing this item. It doesn't work well, I have never been able to charge all 3 devices at one time.

It often doesn't charge my phone (or stops charging in the middle of the night!) Additionally if you need a replacement Mophie will charge you for 2 way shipping.

I have been on the phone with Apple for 2 hours and they can't help me resolve my issues....

Safer to buy another 3-in-1 charger from Amazon as their customer support is helpful and has a reasonable refund policy.

This thing is a piece of trash. It only worked half the time and when it did work all my devices would get super hot. You would think by it being so expensive it would be well made and work splendidly, definitely not so. Do yourself a favor and get the nomad from Best Buy. Same thing, same price but this one actually works. I’ve had it two months so far and works great. In conclusion this charger is one high grade over priced piece of hot garbage.DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS.

    Very disappointed

    • Written by Dave D from Scottsdale

First issue: it takes very precise placement of my Xs max to start charging. I often have to try four or five times before the charging will engage.

Second issue: it will start charging and I'll wake up to see the charger light blinking (indicating some type of error) and the phone has not charged.

Third issue: My watch usually charges but not always. It seems to have difficulty engaging. However, once engaged it seems to stay engaged and charge.

I have no issues with the airpod charger.

I contacted mophie support and was told that my software needed to be updated (it is), the phone needs to be restarted (it was) and that the case must be too thick. When using my other mophie chargers I can just plop the phone down on the charger and it charges with no problem. Using cables would be easier than using the 3-in-1.

    Not 3-in-1 wireless

    • Written by Elsa C from gilroy

I would look for something that works better. Originally purchased to use with my watch airpods and of course my iphone X. It did a pretty good job but of course still needed to run a cord for the air pods. Now that i have the IPhone 11 pro if you don't get it in the exact spot you won't get a charge. I am in the market for something new and just bought this less then a month ago. Really wish i would've realized how poorly it performs with the pro within the return window.

does not work with iphone 11

    • Written by Margaret L from Greenville

Received 2 of these. Neither worked. No one at Apple understands this and sent me another that does not work for iphone 11. Save your time and do not order this. Sat on hold for 2 hours to get nowhere except a return label.

Broke within a fortnight. High hopes but very disappointed.

    • Written by Jane H from Brisbane

I was very excited about this wireless charging solution to my apple products. Within a week the plug began making intermittent crackling noises. Switched it off whenever this happened but within another day the whole unit was dead. Spoke to the apple store where I bought it ten days ago and they wouldn’t replace it as it wasn’t an apple product. Very disappointed all around.

    Huge disappointment

    • Written by Paul K from Madison

While this 3-in-1 wireless charging pads is nice but I am pretty disappointment with the watch stand because it worked for couple od days and now when ever I place the watch, it is not charging at all. I've tried unplugging the cord, to turning off the Apple Watch and Turing it back on to make sure that the contacts are clean. I'm not sure what to do. I still use it for my iPhone and my AirPods but I can't use it for my watch which defeats the purpose.

Shame on Apple for selling this "JUNK"

    • Written by R L from Woodstock

Most inconsistent charging product I've seen to date. It's clearly charging and then STOPS, Watch, AirPods, iPhone doesn't matter which product it is. Waste of $130.00.. I'd of thought I purchased this on the Amazon website.. NOPE!

    Poor build quality

    • Written by Matthew E from Belfast

I was very excited for an all in one charging solution to replace the number of cables by my bedside, especially after what happened to AirPower. Upon opening the package I was immediately disappointed with the build quality of this product, entirely plastic for £130.
The Apple Watch stand clips in awkwardly and is impossible to get out (I actually broke the product trying to remove this bit), the charging coil for your phone has poor coverage and I often found it hard to consistently charge my phone and I don't like how the AirPods has to sit in a specific section.
Would not recommend, plenty of better charging solutions

    Hugely Disappointed - Cheap Quality

    • Written by Fahim G from Wellington

Just received this product in mail and was expected the Apple quality. Very lightweight and appears to be made of cheap quality material. I am highly regretting my decision to have bought this charger. I will comment on the performance of the charger as I use it for the next few days. In the meantime, if you intend to buy this product then DO NOT.

Apple Watch Constantly Reboots itself when placed on charger

    • Written by Jayesh P from Harrow

I had such high hopes for this product and was so happy to see a solution like this that I got this from the Apple Store at my earliest convenience. The build quality is really quite poor to begin with, but that is not the problem. The biggest problem is the Apple Watch kept rebooting itself while charging on this device which was very unfortunate. My Apple Watch has been charging perfectly well with the original charger without any issues at all. I got the latest gen version too. As this wasn't working - I had to disassemble this which was extremely hard and a bit of the plastic snapped when I tried to remove the Apple Watch charging attachment which came flat in the box. I would like to think that this is an isolated incident. I might be reluctantly be willing to purchase this again if I can see it working with my devices - however after seeing the build quality I am not too sure. The fact that Apple failed to launch the Air Power product meant users have had to try all kinds of mediocre solutions to charge their Apple Watch, Phone and wireless AirPods. I Know Morphie is a reputable brand but on this instance they have dropped the ball. I am hoping perhaps Belkin might take a shot and develop something worthy.
