    Bad quality

    • Written by JAWAN S from CROWN POINT

Sure hate to leave this review but I would have appreciated if I read a review like this before purchasing. I have the solo 3, and they are good sounding headphones, but the cushions on these are consisted when it comes to coming off the glued area showing the foam underneath. I’ve had them replaced once then twice from the same flawed quality issue. Now Apple is telling me they can’t replace them unless it happens a third time. So in order for this to happen I have to pay for there flaw in product in order to get a replacement down the line if it happens a third time again. Apple dosn’t truly back there products if they are flawed. Coming from an Apple fan.

Overall build quality good but leather quality is poor

    • Written by Trystan G

I have had my Beats Pros for a couple of years and the sound, metal / structural quality is great although I can agree on some comments of discomfort after periods of time. Unfortunately, the leather material is deteriorating over the ears and top of the head area. Considering these stay on my desk most of the time except for long haul travel, it is very disappointing and shows a poor quality choice of material. The option to repair them costs £206 which is not great if this happens every couple of years. I expected more longevity from an Apple product.

    Very uncomfortable headphones

    • Written by Harold V from Bend

I loved the ease of set-up for these headphones, which is so simple compared to the Bose. My issue with the Beats Pro Over-Ear Headphones is that is fits to tight of the ears. I have to stop using after 20 minutes. The build quality of the Beats is not even close to my old Bose, one of the ear pads is not smooth fitting.

    Powerbeats3 Battery Failire

    • Written by Vinaya S

To whom it may concern: I am writing his feedback about my Powerbeats3. I have had zero issues nor complaints (until now) and have faithfully used them for over 2years now. Recently they stopped charging and stopped working completely. After researching online for forums and troubleshooting steps as well as working with Apple Support it was deemed that they needed to be serviced @ a service fee of $99 + shipping! My issue is that this is essentially the cost of purchasing a new pair of earbuds and essentially the cost I paid for them vs fixing the issue ie replacing the battery simply because my 1yr warranty is up. This is rather unacceptable to be honest as I'm being charged for an issue that is product malfunction vs end user induced/error. I'm sure I'm not the first nor last to express their issues or concerns with this however I did let my support assist know I would be providing feedback. If there is anything that can be done please keep me posted. Thanks!

    Heavy and uncomfortable headphones

    • Written by David S

I've own several headphones before buying this Beats Pro, being the predecessor the Studio 2. What I've found is that using the headphones for too long it causes ear pain, they become very uncomfortable for me. Also their weight, it might seem ok in the beginning but with time they become an extra weight in your head that you wish you didn't had before.

Decent sound quality, broke in 9 months

    • Written by Andy G from East St Paul

I had beats studios prior to buying these pro's. I was happy with the sound quality until the wiring in one of the cups frayed and no sound came out of them anymore. I had these for NINE months and they had broken. I am very disappointed with the overall quality of beats products. A month later I bought Sennheiser HD8Dj's and I am never going back. These are FAR better quality headphones and I have had them for a year now so a lot more durable than the beats. If you want to look 'cool' these are the headphones for you

    sound nice but un-wearable

    • Written by James C from Bedworth

The beats pro's are very expensive, they sound good but not revolutinary by any means. The build quality is super strong and they feel great in the hand. The aluminium is excellent. However the heavy hard construction does mean they press tight onto your head when listening. I find myself needing to remove them after 15 minutes of use.
I love using my headphones when watching a film on my macbook. With these it's not possible due to them being so un bearable to wear. I let my father try them a couple of times and he agrees they're just to uncomfy, so i'm not the only one. They're well styled and do have a nice heavy but balanced bass, but still i would recommend staying away from this product!
