    Beats pill not fully charging

    • Written by Carolina R

I've had my beats pill about a year and now it is not fully charging. The light never turns green anymore and when I do unplug the charger it either turns off or plays two songs and turns off and I have to charge it again...i paid too much money for this and it is not working properly

    Really Unsatisfied

    • Written by Sean A from twinsburg

I owned the beats pill XL before the recall and I was really excited to see that their was a new model coming out. But when I received the new model, I was so unhappy with the sound quality it dosent pack a punch like the previous model. The acoustics were great but i was able to host a party with the older model and now you can't hear it in a crowded room.

    Sounds Great...does not last

    • Written by Eddie H

I have owned two of these. Both sounded great and linked to my devices easily. Both lost bass sounds first and then became tinty high frequency sounds only next. The transition from sounding great to throw it out happened over 6 months with the first Beats Pill and within 4 months with the second.

Good Speaker! but not for Beats!!

    • Written by Tanner C from EDWARDS

Was very hesitant to send Apple my Beats Pill XL even with the recall because the speaker was amazing. So I finally caved and sent it to them and got the new Beats Pill+, and expectations not met at all. Although the speaker is nice one it's over priced for the product your receiving and it's not that loud and the bass gets distorted if you turn the volume all the way up

    Would not buy another one

    • Written by Trae P from Conrad

Had the beats pill 1.0 and it only lasted a little over a year. Bought the beats pill+ and it also only lasted a little over a year also. I'm not sure if this is the normal lifespan for all wireless speakers. Sound and quality is amazing but it seems like these are built to fall apart. I wouldn't recommend buying one of these unless other speakers do the same thing.

    Beats pill +

    • Written by Isai S from Vista

not satified i feel like you guys just changed the model style it sounds exactly like the 2.0 beats pill . & i actually like the 2.0 better because it came with a aux cable and and charging cable and a alright case and USB Adater to plug that you can actually adjust . now on the beats pill+ everything is simple the power adapter is not adjustable, same sound as the 2.0 pill 1 charging cheap material cable & a cloth simple bag case . Very Disapointed hopefully in the future you guys can make something better you guys are making Dr Dre reputation look bad .

    Overpriced eye candy

    • Written by mark S from florence

After searching the web and comparing different model it came down to a couple of choices, Beats pill 2.0 or Bose. I went with the Beats and sorry i did so. Arrived with all its packaging intact, Plugged it in and set-up / pairing was a breeze thats where the good feeling ended. It will not take a charge or hold one for that matter. After looking around the web i found numerous complaints over the same issue, with various remedies, wrapping the cord around it, leaning it a certain way, ect. Really? a new piece of equipment and you have to stand on your head to get it to work properly, no thanks, back it went. Dr. Dre can take his own Pill, and not orally.
