    Not made for working out

It’s funny how the pictures in advertisements show someone sweating while wearing the Beats 3. Do not purchase these for workouts. I’m on my 4th pair this year alone. Thank goodness for the warranty, but it runs out next week. Do some research and find a waterproof set. Very disappointed in this product. The time, energy and money spent going back into the shop to get another pair, because the previous ones died is horrendous.

    ear hook fell off

initially i thought this product was really good and efficient. I always take care of them and leave them in a space where they cannot be touched. Recently the left hear hook fell off out of no where when i took them off. Its really disappointing considering i paid 200$ for this through t-mobile and for this to happen, low quality plastic used and i got hustled for it.

    Worst Ear phones ever

I am a regular outdoor person and hit the gym everyday and decided to buy Power BEATS 3 but within few weeks they died on me while working out and never powered on. so as usual got the replacement those died again then again got a replacement in few weeks .Now this new replacement Power Beats keep powering off randomly, control become flaky and stop responding and after 20-30 min they shutdown abruptly and power on after few hours. I have had enough pain to buy these for $200 then keep going back and forth to get a replacement every time. i would like to return these forever and get a full refund for my money please. No Wonder LeBron is playing like this if he really uses these when he trains.

    Noticeable Decline in Quality

I first purchased the Powerbeats 2 and absolutely loved the sound cancellation and music quality, unfortunately the ear piece broke off after 2 years. I still had warranty through the retailer and received the Powerbeats3 in exchange, they are definitely cheaper in feel and a drop in quality. The materials are no longer a comfortable flexible rubber but a cheap hard plastic on the cord and ear piece. I've also experienced more connectivity issues during peak hours at the gym where several others are using Bluetooth headphones. I use them every day and enjoy the benefits the A1 chip has to offer, but the new features and extended battery life cant make up for a poor build.

Great gift that lasted a month

My wife gave me the beats 3 earphones as a Christmas present 2017. Loved the sound quality and the fact that they were wireless. I used them 5 days a week at the gym. That was until yesterday when they just stopped working during a workout. I spent over an hour trawling through the internet and watching YouTube videos. Literally tried every conceivable combination but still not working. The thing that has upset me the most is that I now have to tell my wife, the great gift you gave me is broken. Lasted longer than a New Years resolution but kind of expected a longer life out of something that is owned by apple. Very very disappointed.

    I love them but...

I've had my powerbeats3's for a little over a year now. My ear piece that goes around my ear started to rip because of the metal piece inside of the earpiece ripping through. Also, just the other day the earpiece completely broke off. The speakers to these headphones work amazing, but just be careful with the earpieces.

    Very disappointed

I'm very disappointed. My boyfriend bought the wireless beats3 to surprise me and I tried to connect them to pair with my phone and it will not pair with Samsung Phones. I honestly can't believe that product like this will only pair with iPhone. I will never again buy a product from beats since you obviously have to have an iPhone just to use it. How selfish!

    Quality is terrible

Hardware is terrible, ear tips constantly fall off, but hey it fits into the lineup of all other apple products

    Do not buy!

Worst headphones ever! I had to take my first pair back because they wouldn’t charge, now my new ones will only charge if I can get the cord in exactly the right position only for them to go from 94% to flat in 15 minutes.

Great headphones, but be careful in the cold

These headphones are great for the gym, and for to and from. I have found that these headphones are suitable for cold weather. I live in New England so it does get to some pretty cold temperatures here in the winter but I have found that even walking my short 7 minute walk home from the gym these headphones will disconnect and won’t reconnect till they are at a decent temperature. I love using them at the gym or commuting to and from work

    Not worth the price

Don't get me wrong...these earphones produce amazing sound, but if you're planning on working out with these, then look elsewhere. After having my third set of these earphones fail after the warranty expired, I am giving up on the brand. I simply cannot buy into the claim that these earphones are sweat and waterproof. I have not abused these by any stretch of the imagination, but perspiration is part of working out. So, after reading everyone else's claims about how they failed in similar circumstances I can only conclude mine did the same. So unfortunate...

    terrible!!

Paid $200 for a pair of headphones that have broke 3 times already. Every time they break I have to go to Apple, wait in line for 2 hours to have 1 of their tech guys inspect them in order to troubleshoot the latest problem. Whether it's not charging, not paring or just not working. Could've gotten a better quality pair of headphones for a fraction of the price.

    Worthless

These earphones suck!!! You're basically paying for the design/logo rather than the quality... it has poor Bluetooth connectivity, my phone loses connection when it's in my pocket or when I slightly tilt my head a few inches, overall I feel lied to, it seems they're only useful when you're in a stationary position, I can't even hike or play basketball without these earphones losing connection every few seconds

    Powerbeats3 wireless

I am on my 3rd pair of thePowerbeats 3 Wireless. The current Powerbeats3 I have work for about 20-50 mins into a workout, and then I get the disconnection tones and cannot re-connect. I get 3 blinking white lights when I try to restart, yet the product is unresponsive to reconnecting immediately. Sometimes after 10 to 20 minutes they reconnect, but then disconnect 5-10 minutes again after that. I usually just recharge them (as I wonder if a battery issue) and the next day they work again for 20-50 minutes and then start the process again. I have not returned these to Apple as yet.

The first pair I had, the volume would automatically increase or decrease without touching or skip to the next song .... and the pause and advance music stopped functioning. The second pair I had just disconnected one day and would not reconnect....even after resetting. They appeared to be charged, but would not connect.

Apple has replaced the first two pair. Apple support/service is perfect. The Powerbeats product is the is problem.
    I cannot recommend this product.

    Horrible...

These are horrible. Replaced under warranty within a month for going dead (red light blink but won’t turn on). New pair drops signal, controls stopped working and power button won’t turn off. Plus battery only lasts about 5-6 hours. Huge waste of money, wish I could refund.

    Great Headphones.

I had these brought for me and I absolutely love them! So comfortable and adjustable to your ears. Music sounds great would 100% recommend.

    Don’t waste your money

I wouldn’t recommend these headphones because they’ll randomly turn off on you at some point. You won’t get a charge or power from the headphones. Unfortunately, I’ve been suckered into the popularity of this brand, and all 3 of my previous headphones have had this issue. 10/10 not worth it.

    Frequent Bluetooth disconnections

The Powerbeats will be working for about 30 mins into a workout and then I get the disconnection tones and cannot re-connect. I get 3 blinking white lights and the product is unresponsive to reconnecting to laptop/charging. I have been back to Apple to repair/replace these probably five times over the past year. The first times 4 times they seemed to be taking them back for a repair and would return them to me in a couple of days (I don't know if it was the original Beats or a refurbished set). The most recent time, I told them of my frustration and they gave me a new pair off the shelf, right out of the box. We seemed confident this would resolve the issue but this new set started exhibiting the same disconnection behavior. About 20-30 mins into a run, out of the blue, sound cuts out and the disconnection tones comes on. They won't work for the rest of the workout. Then, if I leave them off overnight, in the morning they will reconnect. It's been just a terrible experience.

    Shocking! Shocking! Shocking!

I have already had my first pair of Powerbeats 3 replaced because they wouldn’t turn on and connect. I now have a second pair and they too have the same problem! This is in 8 months! How can a product I paid 160 euros for only last 4 months on average? This is unacceptable and I will never buy any pair of Beats again. I have to go back to the store and get a third pair and I’m pretty sure they won’t last very long either.

    Rubbish Powerbeats 3

Broken 3 times. Each times last 4 months at most. It is total waste of money. Too bad that I can't rate minus for this product.
