    Do NOT waste your $199.99!

They worked for 3 weeks. Would not charge after that. You have 14 days after purchase to return them, hmmm...

    Zero Rating - Powerbeats3

I have had my new Powerbeats3 Wireless Earbuds for one week. I have used them twice and the cutting out/crackling is so bad, they are basically unuseable. I attempted to chat with Apple Support and their help as nonexistent. My only option is to visit an Apple Store one hour away from my house. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this entire experience.

    Powerbeats 3

From my experience I love these head phones I had the jaybirds and I was not likening hose at all idk what all the bad reviews are about I'm sorry y'all have to go through the unpleasant experience, but on my end they work great and sound great my battery last 11 hours and 45 min so it's off a tad bit but not anything to complain about. Only thing is the open charging port scares me with sweat but I've dropped them in water ran in rain and hey work fine. Also if you get these make sure wherever you buy these make sure it has not been returned or opened which it shouldn't but it happens.

No Star - if i can choose

I just want to log this review in, simply to concur will all of your bad reviews about this inferior product.
It is definitely worth recalling - mine was bought in November 16, and they recently gave way - charging issue, power up issues.
I am impressed that apple did being helpful in replacing them for me, but i suppose this will stop when my warranty lapses.
I am puzzled as to why they are still selling this product. Therefore, my advice to all of you who plan to get it - Do not buy, unless something changes.

    Not worth the money

I have been through 2 pairs in the last year, using on average for about 3 hours a week during low intensity work outs. I would give this product 0 starts if I could. Save your money and find a better pair of headphones. Now I am stuck with broken headphones because they broke (for the second time) one month after the warranty expired. I can pay $100 to get a new pair, but knowing they would break in the next 6 months, this "deal" is not tempting. DO NOT BUY!

powerbeats3 stop working after 5 months.

I bought them in march and already they stop working.I thought it have issue with the bluetooth, but it could be a charging issue instead.I think beats is a rip off.$249 there not worth it.

    Worst Headphones EVER

About to return my second pair for yet another replacement. I logged about 30 hrs on each pair before they died. Same experience as my wife is now having. Very disappointed. I wish I had done more research prior to purchasing.

    Not Sweat Proof

I'm on my second pair of headphones and these things are terrible. The volume and pause button has stopped working. I've had these second set of headphones for about 2 months and once you really start to sweat on the headphones, they completely fail. Now I'm going to have to get a third pair with knowing this will likely happen again.

Second pair that just stopped working.

These have great sound quality but they just stop working. The first pair I purchased stopped charging I assumed it was because I damaged them so I didn't bother having them repaired just bought new ones. This pair I've had for a month and now they will not stay on! Battery is fully charged, they'll come on for a minute or two then turn off. Going to try and have them fixed through Apple but I won't be purchasing beats again.

    Please recall

I am in the same boat as everyone else writing by reviews on here. I am currently in my 4th pair of replacement Powerbeats3. The thing that surprised me is that every time I contact Apple customer support about my faulty headphones, they act like my situation is unusual, which it is not, as the many, many reviews show. I am writing this review in the hopes it will add to the many suggestions that Apple recall this awful product.

    Bad sound quality

They are comfortable but the sound is very bad, apple should take them out of the stores, this is very desapointing. All thesound is compress with the mid sound very high, sounds like and old phone! APPLE really? This is BAD! Waste of time and money!

    Dissatisfied Customer

I'm about the send my beats3 back for the 4th time...nope, there is nothing waterproof about these beats. First one stopped charging, hard reset did not fix the problem. The others, possessed, they turned on, off, and volumes up and down at will. This last one, after the first usage, it started doing the same things the others did, switching on and off at will. I work out 4-5 times per week and sweats profusely, and the problem usually don't start until about 45+ mins into my workout. I'm so disappointed because when it works, it sounds great. The design of the beat3 is great too, actually stay on my ears through all my sweating. Guess I'm going back to my Jaybird.

Not Sweat Proof On third pair

I was excited when these came out and bought in December. When they work, they work great. But I am on my third pair and it just failed. Its always the same issue. The headphones won't charge any more. They guys at Apple told me that I need to keep it dry and that it is sweat resistant, but not sweat proof. So I thought these were for sport? I run every morning with them. Apparently not. A pretty bad product. The only good thing is that Apple doesn't hassle me when I try and return them.

They should at least come out with some tips, like don't charge them right after a work out (let them dry first).

    Lose connection but retain pairing

Not sure what is going on here with these PB3s but they drop the connection between my iPhone 7 plus. They don't lose the pairing but the connection just drops and I have to unlock the phone and select them from the bluetooth options. Its weird. My PB2s used to just stop working, but I had them for a couple of years and thought it was just due to age. This is a new iPhone 7 Plus and a new pair of PB3s so I'm not sure what is going on. Apple support had me try some things but they didn't help. I know its not the phone because I have other devices that hold the connection with no problem. Im going to take back and see if another pair work better. If not then ill just return them and get Bose, I guess.

    Not Sweat-proof

The microphone and buttons stop working if you sweat on them.

Everything was fine in the Winter and Spring, but when you're running or biking on a hot humid Summer day - your headphones will be toast.
My 2nd pair just broke and I'll have to go to Apple for a replacement (a third pair) this weekend.

I did enjoy the sound, battery life, and lack of wires; however, the lack of sweat resistance outweighs this.

No longer connects to iPhone to take calls

I got the Powerbeats3 wireless earphones a little over a month ago. The sound when playing music is better than many other in-ear headphones, but recently when I was on a call they started to produce static badly and then the mic just quit working. Now they won't work for calls at all, which is one of the main reasons I bought these. I also see I'm not alone in having issues with this product after only a brief period using them. I'll try to get them fixed at an Apple store, but I don't have any confidence that a repair will solve the problem after reading the other reviews. Apple should do a major recall on these earphones and provide a quality replacement to everyone who experiences similar problems (which will probably be everyone). The kind of money Apple wants for their products should guarantee a quality experience. Sadly, it doesn't!

    DO NOT BUY!

This is the worst experience I've had with earbuds! I've only had these for just over a month and they have totally crapped out!
