    Awesome Sound

    These have been the best earphones to date. When I first tried them out they didn't really have a good sound. I messed with my cell phone EQ. I found that my Samsung had a way to personalize (adjust) my EQ according to my hearing. After I did that the sound was amazing. It has a good bass sound and noise reduction. If your beats don't have a good sound you might want to mess with your device, it's probably your EQ that needs to be tweaked.

    Dead in 4 weeks

    The same problem of hundreds customers, it doesn't charge any more. Very expensive and very bad. Don't buy it.

    Only Lasted 3 weeks used maybe 10 times.

    I would expect better quality and paying 200.00 at the Apple Store instead of Best Buy I might hav better luck.my first 3 pair of beats 2 lasted 6 months or less, the last pair from Apple Store almost made it 2 years and they died when I needed them most so angry. I buy the 3s at Apple Store. The sound quality not as good as the 2. Made of plastic and now less than 3 weeks old, again do not work. I give up on beats. I am going to try another brand. Maybe when the quality returns and I see more positive reviews than negative I will give them a try. Apple you need to get it together if!!waste of time to keep going back to the store!!

    Can't recommend lowly enough.

    Absolute dog toffee. After little use stopped working after 17 months (will not turn on / charge). Clearly a faulty product, based on other reviews, yet apple insist on paying £106 to look at them. No confidence that the same won't happen again. After a few years will quickly become the world's most expensive earphones. Avoid.

    DO NOT BUY THIS BEATS

    I can't belive that a pair of expensive earphones stoped working after just 2 weeks of using it. I just literally throwed away my money! And this is not the first time I have this kind of problem with a Beat earphone. I won't ever buy one again.

    Powerbeats

    I first bought the powerbeats 2 and they were amazing, ran and played basketball with them all the time with no issues. Then one day they just stopped playing music. I read some reviews and saw that a lot of ppl said sweat could cause damage to the earbuds. So thinking it was my fault i bought a second pair, and the section of the earpiece that physically goes into your ear broke while i was taking the headphones off one month after i'd had them. Needless to say I don't recommend these. Way too fragile.

    Not sweat proof - do not buy

    After 30 minutes doing cardio the earphones would shut off and cannot restart - just flashes white 3 times and then turn off. Cannot pair and cannot use until a few hours later maybe the sweat dries out. NOT appropriate for gym if you're planning to sweat.

    My $20 pair of wireless earphones went through over 12 months cardio without a hitch and thought I'd treat myself to a nice set of earphones. These started having trouble in just over 2 months and now too late for return - what a waste of money.

    Great headphones - Until the stop working!!!!! Don't buy!

    Bought the Powerbeats2 Wireless Earphones and loved them. Great sound and compatible with the iPhone. But after approx 2 months I started to have trouble charging the headphones and after 4 months they were dead! Not what I expected form $200 headphones.

    But I did really like them, so once they released Powerbeats3 Wireless Earphones, I decided to give them a new chance. Same thing, fantastic headphones...UNTIL THEY STOPPED WORKING...AGAIN!!!! I am so disappointed and upset the quality is this low. Can't really recommend anyone to invest so much money on headphones that only work up to 2 months!

    Shame on you Apple having this low quality for sale. Screwing people over!

    Gone in 2 weeks

    Was extremely excited to get the powerbeats 3, as this is the first wireless earphone i have owned. Worked great in the first week, and then in the second week the power button stopped working, as well as the inline controls, the songs were pausing, volume was increasing and decreasing on its own, most annoying feeling when you are in an intense workout and this expensive piece of equipment just dies on you. Also noted there is a big gap on the inline controls were sweat can get in easily. Also excessive noise pollution can be heard whilst music is playing and trust me i tried all types of eartips for the seal.

    I CAN'T BELIEVE I DIDN'T BUY THESE SOONER

    Comes with different size squishy part of headphones, which is great. I run, lift weights, do yoga, and hike often. The sound these earphones produce is incredibly clear and the bass is still good! They also won't fall off no matter how sweaty you get. I seriously would recommend these to anyone and everyone! You also can't beat the efficiency of the charging time.

    Worst wireless earphones you can buy

    To start off, I am a long time user of Beats products and had a great experience with the Powerbeats2 -- and was waiting on the Powerbeats3 to release after my 2s gave out. I am also not the type of guy who ever take the time to write reviews, so I really mean it when I say that you definitely should NOT buy these earphones. I think Apple/Beats rushed out a faulty product with properly testing and I am a yet another disappointed user that really feels like I've wasted the over $200 I spent on this.

    Here's why:
    1. I have already sent in my earphones for replacement for the THIRD time. Each time I have the earphones replaced, the new pair would start malfunctioning 2-4 weeks in. And each time the replacement takes 3-10 days (not to mention the time it takes at the genius bar or on the phone with customer service each time).

    2. These are advertised for athletes and as sweat proof but they are definitely not. Like others that have posted before me, I go to the gym regularly and these earphones always start acting up (pausing, turning off, volume going in and out) when I sweat. This shouldn't be the case for earphones that were advertised as 'sweat and water-resistant'. I've used the Bose Soundsport and Jaybird Freedom during long runs and I've never had problems like this.

    3. The hardware is faulty. About a week or two in, the power would randomly not turn on even if fully charged and if it does turn on, it wouldn't turn off. Like I said, I'm on my third replacement and this is the third time that I've experienced this problem. I also see that many other people posting cite the exact same problem. This is happening way too often to be a coincidence.

    Do not buy!

    Second pair of Powerbeats3 headphones. The first pair lasted under a month. The second replacement pair - 3days!. Pls do yourself a favour and stay away from this product.

    Buttons don't work.

    The sound of these are great.... The controls don't work at all. They worked the first time I tried them, but when I went running they wouldn't respond. I need the mic/volume to be reliable as I use these when I am on call for work but need to get my run in too. So I went back to my wired powerbeats (kind of a pain with an Iphone 7) and will look for something else.

    DO NOT BUY Powerbeats3

    First disappointment from Apple really. I can handle some annoying technical issues, but this is beyond reasonable. I'm on my 2nd set within a month and they constantly lose connections. Usually about 10 mins into a 40-60 min workout. Returned my first set after 2 weeks and the 2nd set lasted just as long. The sound quality is great when it works, but when it doesn't you are just screwed. They will get it right sometime, but that is not now. I was STUNNED to see all the other responses having similar problems. Wish I would have done my research before. Buyer's remorse.!

    Not sweat resistant, not for sports

    Disgusting quality, not suitable for training, bluetooth works through time, does not connect with the clock at all. I do not advise spending money on this!

    Powerbeats3 awful earphones!!

    i had issues with powerbeats2 i had 2 of them.. they got .... up after 2-3 months...and i bought powerbeats3 when they came up and i was expecting a change. but hack no.. i bought powerbeats3 2 times because they got ... up after a month that i bought.. You apple..

    Not sweatproof and connection problems

    As my pair of original powerbeats broke, the longer battery life made me buy the allegedly revamped version. As the lack of sweat proof started to create problems i decided to disconnect them from my iPhone (forget this device) to reconnect them again. It was never possible. Never again and I tried everything. Waste of money for a very e pensive product. Never again.

    Shut offs

    I have had these headphones for 4 months and they won't even last one hour at the gym anymore. I don't know exactly why they shut off, some think it has to do with sweat . Either way a 200 dollar set of headphones should not do this. Very unhappy with my purchase. And when you try to restart them on the spot at the gym, you can't turn them back on. You will get a blinking light. Terrible product. Never buy these

    Never Again...

    Simply put, I will NEVER purchase another Beats product again. These PowerBeats3 Wireless Earphones are pure garbage. The inline remote stopped working on my first pair. Luckily, I received another pair under warranty but now the second pair has issues with the Bluetooth pairing. The earphones cut out very regularly, especially in the middle of my workouts/runs. Awful! Never again.
