    Love the new keyboard.

Others have complained about the keyboard being flat but I prefer it as it now more closely resembles the keyboard on my Macbook Pro.
I really like the short travel to the keys and for me I find that I make fewer typing errors with it. Not having to constantly replace batteries is a real plus. The only thing that I find a little inconvenient is that I now have to press the function key to raise or lower the speaker volume but I'm assuming that is so the function keys can be used primarily as function keys. It's probably the way it should have been on the older keyboard so I got spoiled. But I am quickly getting used to it.

    Prefer old keyboard

Just purchased the new Apple Magic keyboard after using the previous model for two years with the mobii wireless charger.
Firstly I don't like the angle of the new keyboard, its too flat and you can't change it so I propped it up at the back a little.
Also I'm finding'''' that I am mis typing as there is no longer any feedback from the keys. The travel is too short.
I tried it for 24 hours and have now reverted back to my old keyboard of which I much prefer.

What would be nice for me would be to put some form of adjuster at the back to allow us to change the angle, allow the keys to give more feedback ( give them a little more travel) and most defiantly make it back lit.

    Awful!

Cheap feel yet massively over-priced. And who the h*lll needs an Eject key these days? Major fail. I'm only giving it 1 star because there's no way to give a zero star rating.

Noisy and cheap-feeling, terrible value for money

I had to buy a new magic keyboard after I spilled tea on my old one (which was the earlier version with a slightly steeper tilt and a slot for batteries at the front). This new one is definitely a step backwards. The keys feel cheap and nasty and are very very noisy when you type. I record screencasts during which I'm often typing, and the noise is ruining my audio. Also the lower angle makes it more uncomfortable to type. Unfortunately this being apple you don't have much choice if you need a keyboard, but if you can find an alternative, buy it. There's no way this is worth the £79 I paid for it.

Too eager to try, bit disappointed

Firstly, I upgraded from a wired numerical keyboard but not sure for some reason why this new Magic Keyboard is significantly louder... bit strange really and not sure if I want to keep it or not.

    Excellent, as usual

I read a few reviews about this keyboard before I bought one and a lot of them said that the arrow keys were hard to use and in general wasn't easy to use, not sure what they are all talking about, it is a great product, yes the arrow keys are a little smaller than on the old keyboards but there is no difference in usability, my fingers found the right keys from the start!

    Excellent!!

Great keyboard. Key travel is great. Setup was smooth. Bluetooth pairing was lightning fast. Typing is much faster and more accurate. Very happy with this keyboard. Awesome!!

    There can only be one.

Apple makes a great operating system, but it would be nice to have some variety with the Mac layout keyboard. Now that Razer gaming keyboards seem to be gone with Mac layout there is only 2 - 3 keyboard choices in the world. Great keyboard however your stuck with the white keys, and no back lighting on the keys. The increase in price on all the new products is not cool, since Apple sells so many of these because its the only keyboard and mouse that is designed for Mac.
