spend the extra $10 on air pods

I bought these and returned them in 2 days. Sound is inferior to the sound of the wired earphones that come with the iPhone. It almost sounds like you have 2 tin cans over your ears connected by string. The wire going around the back of your neck is a horrible idea if you wear collared shirts to work. Either the wires get stuck around the edges of your collars every time you turn your head and pull the phones out of your ear, or the chord connecting both phones hangs down drooping off the sides of your head like Disney's Goofy ears making you look ridiculous. I am spending the extra $10 to get Air Pods even though i may have to wait for a month for them to come in. Now i know why the BeatsX have so many in stock at the Apple Stores..........

    Service after the sale

With any product there are always those that don't like life and refuse to work correctly. My Beats earbuds decided they didn't like living here and quit working. I looked on line, actually found a phone number, called and got to talk with a real person, Nick, and didn't have to go through Nancy from New Deli to get to someone who could understand me. He told me he would take care of it. Sent me a box overnight to send them back. I packaged them up and sent them in. Made the call on Tuesday, received the package on Wednesday, sent it back on Thursday and had my new earbuds by Friday. Incredible service after the sale. I am still in amazement that this just happened. Nobody has this kind of service anymore...except Beats (Apple). Well done. I posted an at-a-boy on Facebook under my name.

    Sometimes cannot connect automatically

Every morning I need to restart my iphone 6+ to connect with this beats X even though it can connect android automatically. It is disappointed. We use Bluetooth because of we don't want to plug and use easier. Tell me how to solve that problem.

    Best earbuds ever!

I've tried several types of wireless earbuds and none of them come close for comfort, convenience and quality. I wear them constantly. When I'm not actually using them, they just hang around my neck securely with the magnetic earbuds as a closure. They're so light and comfortable that you can easily forget you have them on. Just an excellent overall design. Love them.

    Awesome deal!!

I got these earphones free with my iPad Pro and I've never been a fan of the style that fits inside your ear, they usually fall out! Not these; they give you so many sizing options and the wings for extra security and they're amazing! The sound quality is fabulous too!!

    Not good for working out

My power beats 3 kept breaking so I got a pair of the beats x. They are super awkward and make working out a hassle. They fall off all the time when bending over or even doing some incline/decline work. The piece that you have to put on yourself to keep in your ear is super cheap and super uncomfortable. The sound quality is nowhere near the power beats 2 and 3. The weights that keep the headphones on your neck is horrible and so annoying. I would not recommend these to anyone even though I love all my beats headphones I have ever had. They are just all cheap. Luckily they have great customer service to keep sending me new ones.

The beats are a joke. Yes Dr Dre did sign with Apple. But why would I buy some head phones that cause as much as my shoes. Ppl and their fashion are ridiculous. I rather spend my money on some gummy budz from was wal mart for 10 dollars and still have money to enjoy doing stuff.

Hello guys I been purchasing beats products for 3 times I love the design and colors but the quality on the product is just horrible my first pair was the beats solo wireless 2 and one of the speakers when off just right when I was on my workout you know how frustrating that is I guess they are not sweat resistant or something they won't show that on tv when you see someone running with their beats on I thought it was just my faul I I had another pair and the same think happend got them fixed cause the warranty was still active but I know it will happen again they only give you a 2 year warranty with limits in stuck with my other set with out fixing cause beats dosnt want to next time I'm going to Bosé wich offers a 4 year warranty with just a replacement of your item with out sending you refurbished headphones like beats did so sad cause I looks like an amazing product but for the price you are making me spend is not worth it

Worked first day out of the package, now they wont turn on. When I charge and connect them to my laptop, everything was OK. Even connected them to the updater tool, and updated the firmware, and the updater software recognized them and told me battery was at 100%. Will not turn on, will not reset. This was my first pair, and will most likely be my last. Not even ONE DAY of use, about 2 minutes on a test phone call, then into the case. Will be returning them.

    Waste of Money!

Do not buy this product, mine only lasted for 10 days with casual use. There are thousands of people taht have experienced this, one day its ok then the next its dead. You would expect better quality from beats and apple and especially since the product costs $150, but this is a total piece of JUNK!!! The sound quality is not even that good. I bought a $25 bluetooth headphone from amazon that sounded better than this piece of waste!

Do not buy this, its a complete waste of money!!!

    Very disappointed

I was very excited when I first got these earphones then after I paired them , I was very shocked because the sound quality was not what I expected , my Powerbeats 2 that I have had for over a year now , sound a lot better than these. I'm very disappointed with beats

    Terrible Sound

Great idea to make wireless earbuds but the sound needs to be way better. These are TERRIBLE buds. I would rather use the headphones that come with my iPhone than use these. Definitely look somewhere else if you want wireless earbuds. Beats also won't return your purchase if you open package and try the ear buds out so don't try to see how the sound quality is!!!!

Often doesn't work with other tech

You are unable to hear your own voice when on a call, the earbuds block out most the sound, other isolating headphones play the sound from the mic in the earbuds. Good for music, bad for meetings or phone calls.
You are unable to use them while charging.
They stop working sometimes, just stop playing. Need to reconnect to phone or laptop.
Sometimes when listening to music and accept a call, the call is played via the phone and not into the headphones.
When using them with an apple laptop and receive a call, if you accept the call on the laptop via facetime, phone answers and plays on phone, not headphones. Three times out of four.
Can't recommend as a product, especially considering the expense.
Magnets on earbuds are a good feature. Sound quality ok.

    Major Design Flaw!

When I first got my Beats X I was very satisfied with the product itself. However in the past weeks I've had some negative experiences with my Beats X. After taking the earbuds out of their case, my Beats blinked white three times and then shut off. I later was able to figure out that this is caused due to the magnetic earbuds. When the earbuds are in their case the magnetic part comes into direct contact with either the battery compartment or the logic board compartment and therefore bricks the earbuds for five to ten minutes. This is a MAJOR design flaw on Beats' part and you'd expect more technological experience from them. In my opinion they should issue a complete recall of either the entire product or the case, manufacture a new case and replace the old ones and update their website to inform people regarding the magnetic interference and what exactly the 3 times blinking LED means.

    The Most Disappointing Headphones Ever

I find these headphones to be entirely substandard. The sound is thin & tinny with almost zero bass response. Not only would I not pay $150 for these, but I got them for free & would like a refund.

    Excellent Connection

Had these paired to my Apple TV (4th Gen) while watching a movie. Got up to get something from another room, about 20 feet away and through several walls, without even a hint of audio connection issues. Other Bluetooth headphones I've used couldn't even do that from my pocket.
