    'Scuse Me, I'm Sorry

But there's NO WAY these Beats X are better than the standard Apple Headphones. I've been using both the Beats X and the headphones that came with my iphone 6 and there's a stark difference between the sound. Beats X can't pick up any bass notes and it's not as clear. I couldn't figure out how to change that quality.

The apple headphones make you feel like you're surrounded in the music. Beats X feel like I'm listening to music through someone's telephone. As if the music is playing on their TV in the background. It's distant.

Praises that they are Bluetooth/wireless. The earpieces fit well, the packaging was great but the sound on Beats X does not compare to the standard apple headphones. No Lie

    Try Again Beats X

For the price you would think...

They would last longer than 2 weeks. Today the power light started flickering and acting spastic. Connected to Apple chat support which itself is a pain - three sessions disconnected in the middle (used two different browsers, I think it was on Apples end). They are definitely toast - tried to make a call and they disconnected half way through (yes the battery is charged). I'm thinking the power switch is faulty based on the way the lights are flickering. Oh yeah and to go in and exchange these $150 ear buds I have to make an appointment at the "Apple Support Bar". First available appointment is Sunday 4 days from now. What a joke - I should just be able to go in and exchange them. Apple is driving me nuts.

    Imcompatability

I bought the beats x and i work offshore. Now i find out that the remote doesnt work with android devices. Nowhere in the specks or tech does it say that it is apple spacific. Now im stuck with aproduct i cant use..and have no way of returning them i am on a ship and my buyers remorse is up. Not happy

    good design but Poor quality

I really like the design of this product and the quick charging of it. However, this earphone always has some problems in turning on/off. Within eight months, I already have three of them failed to turn on or connect to devices anymore. Actually, I do not use it often and I am very careful to this small delicate product. So I guess it must be the quality problem.

For the third one, I only use once and It is failed to turn on. Really angry about the bad experience on beats products! Right now, it is still in the warranty time, and the only thing I can do is contact Apple and change to new one. I really worried about the time after the warranty. I feel like that I bought a shXt!

The fit makes all the difference.

At first I didn't care for these because I didn't like the flat sound. However that was due to using the wrong ear pads. The key is getting a good seal. Every since I found the right fit, I was hooked. The fast charge is great. Super light weight. W1 chip allows a quick pairing and it already shows on all your iCloud connected devices. Really pleased so far after owning for a month now.

    Beast Beats!

Awesome lightweight headphones, with cool features like W1 chip and fast fuel charging! Sound is clear and good. They stay in my ears pretty well, even when running or just hurting up somewhere. Now the note for the workout lovers! This product doesn't claim any kind of sweat or water resistance, but I haven't had any issues with BeatsX while working out or putting them in sweaty or wet bag after workout or under the rain. So it is at your own risk to use them when working out or under the rain for reason being that if they will get water damage, the warranty won't fix it, you'll have to buy a new pair of headphones.

    Great sound and clarity!

Well the first pair I had went bad after a month as they would not charge and had a blinking red light on them every time I went to turn them on. I even went online to find out how to reset them and saw that I wasn't the first with this issue. Seeing that I am a loyal apple/beats customer I decided to try to return then which I had no problem doing and I am a big believer in second chances. I decided to buy them again after the return as I loved them from day one and so far I am going on about 2 months on this pair and love them. No problems and they sound amazing!

    Not loud enuff

Not loud enuff. The cord needs to be longer for different sizes for different people. I lift weights and have a thick neck so they pop out. There needs to be small medium large x-large length of cord. easy to use. Feels great. Looks good but still not loud enuff.

    Absolute rubbish

Tinny, distant sound. Not dissimilar to hearing AM radio blast through a closed car window a block away. No base at all. I'm no headphone snob, but I spent 10 mins using them before returning to my 10 year old, wired iPod headphone with the buzzing, failing electronics and no volume adjusters on wire, cos they at least had existent sound balance. If I'd bought the beatsX rather than winning them, would 100% return for a refund immediately. Complete garbage. Don't waste your money.

sound quality terrible, cords too long

I was really looking forward to these but they will be going back. Sound quality is terrible. Flat and tinny. Tried all the EQ settings on the phone but none were acceptable. The corded earbuds that came with the phone sound much better. The cords on these are also several inches too long for me; it's annoying how they stick out. There were no demos at the apple store, only option was to buy them with the promise I could return them within 14 days if not satisfied. I would not have bought them if I had the chance to try them first.

    Unfortunate / Bummed 🙁

Although i LOVE the entire Beats brand these earphones did not live up to the hype as they usually do. Given that i had the white pair keeping them clean was clearly going to be an everyday thing. But that's not where my problem lied. These earphone FAILED to stay in my ears. Now maybe it could just be my ears but i was constantly having to adjust or put them back in my ears. I tried placing on the other ear pieces to hold them in place and even that didn't work. I only had them for a day and tried them for the day. They did not work. I was quickly saddened.

Phone calls are hit and miss.

Purchased these less than a month ago. They were great the first couple of weeks but a few days ago began generating a crackling static noise during phone calls. Person on the other end cannot hear through the static. If I change the audio to the phone built-in speakers, the noise goes away. These are my 3rd BlueTooth headphones (I have a set of Bose SoundSports and Beats PowerBeats 2) and hands down I've found the BeatsX to be the worst for phones calls.

    Absolutely amazing for small ears!

So....I was on the hunt! I just took my $50 Skull Candies back that I got yesterday. Took a pair of $225 Bose back weeks ago....just picked up a pair of $150 BeatsX headphones. Everyone knows my ears are tiny... it's all about those Wingtips. Just like the old beats I sat on in June, they get sooo loud! Best feeling. 10/10 would buy again!

Purchase on February 11 and couldn't be happier.

For Bluetooth headphones these are fantastic. The quality is great compared to my previous expensive wired Klipsch earbuds the sound is very close. The magnet feature is great and it charges very fast and battery life is great. The only issue I had recently was after charging it would not connect and blink red but if you plug it in to charge again and hit reset(on button+volume down) it works again fine.

    Good sound, bad fit

I was pleased when I saw that the package came with multiple sizes of earbuds and even wingtips to help secure the headphones in your ear. I have smaller ears, so I use the smallest size of ear tips, which DON'T FIT with the small wingtip. So I can either wear ear tips too big with wingtips or ear tips that fit and fall out. At least the sound is good.

Love them but not without flaws

These are my go to headphones for everyday use, taking phone calls for work, and hitting the gym hard. I also have the Powerbeats wireless 2 but those have never fit my ears properly and the BeatsX feel great. I'm not an audio junkie but to me they sound great. After only about 5 months though, they stopped working. The return process was extremely painful but once I finally received a box to send them in, I received a new pair within about 3 days. I've read the reviews of multiple repairs and am hoping I won't end up in the same boat because I do really love them!

    Disappointed

I'm so glad i got these beats x for free. I bought an ipad and through apple, these came free. I took them out of the package all happy to use them, but once i started listening to music, they were absolutely horrible. The sound is so tinny. There's absolutely no bass as well. I tried changing my music settings to bass booster, pop, acoustic and all that fun stuff but nothing changed the sound of these headphones. I'm so disappointed in the quality of these considering they are beats.
