    Simply Amazing!

Love my AirPods! They're barely noticeable in my ears during running and walking, fitting perfectly in my sweaty ear canals (I live in the Houston area). The sound quality is great! And I love using them for calls with my iPhone 7 Plus—so much easier to connect with the iPhone and pop into my ears than wired earbuds. I appreciate how easy it is to check the battery level by opening the case near my iPhone. So far the AirPods are winners!

    Fantastic Product

This product is extremely satisfying and the looks are gorgeous. It has the premium feeling headphone in your ear, and the case feels great as well. It also fits in your useless pocket on the right hand side of your jeans, making it a useful place to store these headphones. Coincidence? I think not! Joking aside, Overall very pleased with the product and I look forward to using them.

    Never using other headphones again

I was very skeptical of AirPods but decided to try them anyway. I was very impressed by what I got. The case is small and so are the AirPods, but no smaller than headphones with a wire and these are Bluetooth tracking in Find my iPhone. The sound quality is great, not crazy better than the normal ones though. The best thing about these is the accessibility it provides. I can now walk around the office without carrying my phone with a wire attached. I can carry on conversations without making other people uncomfortable that I have headphones in because they are easily concealed by hair. These have a great range and I can leave my phone at my desk and still hear music as I make copes or use the restroom. The battery life is amazing. I can listen for 5 hours, put them in the case as I get a drink and use the restroom, come back, and they're almost fully charged! Only downside is not being able to easily adjust the volume without using Siri.

    Very disappointing

I am extremely disappointed in this product. These do not seamlessly transition from device to device. An Apple employee told me it worked like hand off. I work from my MacBook Pro, iPad Pro and iPhone all of the time, and speak on all three between Skype, a VOIP telephone, GoToMeeting and regular phone calls. I cannot be on a call on my MacBook and transition to my iPhone. These do not work as marketed, or as I was told in the store.

More importantly, I cannot talk on any application from my MacBook. GoToMeeting does not even register the Air Pods. Skype is abysmal, and the VOIP is OK, but still not acceptable.

These will be returned immediately. This is the first Apple product I am truly disappointed with. If these were marketed as headphones for audio playback only there would still be a huge market for these. Marketing them as much more than they actually are, and not properly acknowledging the microphone issue is really terrible business.

If you want to only listen to music, and make the occasional call from iPhone, spend the money. If you think these are going to transition from device to device seamlessly, and you need to use the mic from your MacBook, do not purchase.

    Small ears

I love the AirPods but I have really small ears and the first week I had them I lost one and have to purchase another one for $69!!!! So if you have small ears I would suggest you not purchase these ear buds or you will be just as disappointed as I am. not sure how long it will take to arrive, hope not another 6 weeks.

    Masterpieces

Truly a huge jump forward to a new way to feel music. I love that there are no wires so you never have to worry about that pep-eve you may have of getting an earphone tugged out of you eat. You have you’re very helpful personal assistant right in your ear and helps you with all you need without having to look at the screen. Perfect for car trips when you’re getting calls and don’t want your passengers listening in or getting directions to your next stop. Texting using voice steps up and is even easier to use since you’ll no longer have to yell to have your message be heard as the mic is right there next to you. With the basic double taps for Siri, she’s there to help you with all you need. evennto simply turn down the volume to asking what everyone said in the family group message. I can’t wait to see what the Apple does next. This one can’t be outshined!

    Brilliant

Absolutely brilliant product. Only down side is that case is too perfect and can get a bit dirty and difficult to clean out.

    Won't stay connected

I walk 8-10 miles a day for exercise and listen to music to keep my pace up. I already had another company's truly wireless earbuds, but they tended to drop out and skip occasionally. That is irritating and I figured I would try the AirPods. Despite hating the look of them, and not being a big fan of this less secure bud style, I figured the one thing I could count on was that Apple's AirPods would reliably talk to my iPhone 6S and Apple Watch Series 2. Well I was wrong on all counts. The AirPods stayed in place fine, and the sound was okay (a bit harsh in high frequencies), but they would simply not connect reliably with either of my devices. When connected to the iPhone (on my waist on the right front of my body, <2' from my ear), the music cut in and out constantly. It was completely unusable. Changing positions of the iPhone didn't seem to make a difference; I put it on the left waist, and tried all four pockets to no avail. They actually played pretty well when connected to my watch for a short time, but over a one-hour walk, it disconnected four times. Three times, it automatically reconnected about 30 seconds later, and the fourth time I had to stop and reboot the watch, which is not a fast process. I really wanted these to work out, but for me they were a complete fail. I am returning them tomorrow and going back to my previous earbuds.

They need to come in black.

    Overall a decent product.
    PROS:
    1. Music sounds great.
    2. Nice charging case, and very portable, stick it in your pocket.
    3. Good features overall.
    CONS:
    1. Only come in white. I talked to the Apple Store and also to customer care on the phone. Apple has had many, many requests for black air pods. They would be much less conspicuous. A genius bar tech told me he's seen many air pods come in with "skins" on them to change the color. Maybe this is on Apple's road map.
    2. No "Hey Siri" capability. I've read some forums where they say it would drain the batteries. I'm not sure what the difference would be with saying Hey Siri and double tapping on the pods. They still both use bluetooth energy.
    3. With both pods in the ears, I looked at myself in the mirror, and I look like a bit of a martian with miniature upside down antennas. Two coworkers have told me they would be much better if they were black.
    4. As far as calling quality, I've been told twice that I was breaking up while talking through the pods.

I ended up returning. I'll wait to see if Apple comes out with black ones later.

    Awesome!

Second day of using it. I've seen bad reviews about its battery life and its ability to hold a charge, and that remains to be seen. So far so good. The battery levels don't drop when not in use and the Airpods charges up very quickly in the case. They stay comfortably in my ears, so comfortable that I don't really feel they are there except for the song that's playing. It's also easy to use, just out of the case and into my ears, no power button.

There's one thing about Airpods that I still do not like. Siri. No, no matter how much Apple pushes their personal assistant, I'll never use it (other than to mess around with it on my own at home). Changing volume isn't a big problem since I can feel around for the volume button of the iPhone in my pocket. But it's the changing of song tracks that I need a double-tap function of. I heard it's going to be implemented in iOS11, so I'm looking forward to that.

Other than that, the Airpods is a nice piece of technology.

    Amazing Sound

I own an awful lot of medium range to high-end headphones, and I am constantly amazed at how well these compare. They obviously aren't going to sound as awesome as full-size cans because physics, but they sound way better than they have any right to. The bass is tight (as the ported design is well suited to delivering it). They fit me well (most earbuds don't). The treble is nice and crisp. The sound stage is decent. Much better than I expected. Totally worth owning a pair. I love them!

    Amazing

These AirPods are definatly worth the purchase. I got my pair a week ago and they are the best earphones I have ever bought. They are powerful, light, durable, and extremely easy to use. When I began to use these for the first time I was quite surprised in how strong and clear the sound came through. The battery life is very good and it does hold up to the 24+ hours with the charging case. I would highly recommend these to someone who is looking for nice clean earbuds that are wire free, out of the way, and very easy to use

    Wonderful product

Apple hits another home run. I was skeptical at first to try the AirPods, however I do not regret it in the least. A truly wireless earbud works wonders. Give these a try and be amazed!

Mostly Good, but with a Caveat

    The Good:

    * The sound quality is good enough for me.
    * They don't fall out of my ears easily.
    * The pairing process with an iPhone was really easy.
    * You can use 1 or 2, interchangeably, without loosing the stereo.
    * Both have microphones, so it doesn't matter which you use for calls.
    * Talking on the phone with them is a really nice experience.

    The Bad:

    * I think I look silly when I wear both of them, like I'm wearing big ear rings. You might look fine in them. Aesthetics is subjective, and depends on the person wearing them.
    * Although apple pairs your air pods with all devices logged into iCloud, the experience of switching between them has been horrible for me.

I thought I should elaborate on that last point. I try to play music from my Apple Watch and the next thing you know they connect to my iPhone. So, I go to my iPhone and disconnect them. Once again, I try to play music from my Apple Watch, I choose the air pods, and it's connected to my iPhone again. The third time is a charm, though. Usually after disconnecting them from the iPhone a couple of times I can get them connected to my watch. What's worse is I tried connecting my air pods to my watch when I wasn't even in range of my phone, at the gym. I couldn't. I had to go back to my car, allow them to connect to my iPhone, disconnect, and repeat the above process. I have similar issues when I use them with my MacBook Pro. Maybe there's something wrong with my particular set. I'm not sure. But, it's not the typical Apple experience where it "just works".

    Good for commute

I got these because I was tired of the wire hooked to my phone and having to untangle each time I wanted to listen to music or a podcast. I have an hour commute on public transportation (each way) and the power lasts about 5 days before having to charge the base. The sound is good, wish it could go a little louder because I like loud music. The only draw back is the ear fit, they slip sometimes if that wasn't an issue I would have given five stars. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Can't Pair More Than One Device at a Time Like Other Bluetooth Speakers!

These little things are easy to pair, easy to charge, sound great, and are comfortable to wear. But why can't I pair them to more than one device at a time!? My Bose Mini Soundlink and my Jabra Tag allow me to connect two devices at one time! Why is this a big deal you might ask? Well imagine you're listening to music on your Mac and you get a phone call. If your AirPods are connected to your Mac, you can't use them to answer the call on your iPhone. When my Soundlink and Tag are connected to my Mac and iPhone, I can listen to music as well as answer any calls I get. I realize I can go through the process of setting up my Mac to take phone calls but that process requires WiFi to work which isn't always available. I also realize I can just listen to music on my phone but my iTunes library on my Mac is extensive and full of music I've ripped from CDs (remember those kids?) If Bose and Jabra can allow two devices, why can't Apple? I'm tempted to take them back.
