These are great but dont always feel secure without skin/cover to hold in

Replaced my Beats by Dre with these since beats have a cord around back of your neck which was annoying. These are pretty cool and sync pretty quick with my iPhone when opening the case. They also charge in the case which is charged by a charging cable used for iPhone. The one issue I had with these as stand alone is that they do not feel secure in the ears all by themselves. I had to buy a cover for each pod which will allow for the stability in the ear a bit better. Right now, when running on a treadmill, they feel as though they may fall out and do not feel 100% secure. I recommend buying the cover to get a tighter fit. However with this cover, they do not fit inside the charging case so that is sort of a pain. Other than that the sound is flawless and they are an excellent product!

    Great, when they work

I think the vast majority of people who own these Apple Airpods will have a love/hate relationship with them. First, the good; WOW! A tiny marvel of engineering. Instant sync with most devices. No clumsy routines for connecting to Bluetooth. It just works. Clever idea to use the transport case as a recharge station. Nice concept, and they hold a charge for a good while. Very fast recharge time, too. Lightweight, you don't even know they're in your ears. Sound great, not phenomenal, but good enough to differentiate between the highs and the lows. It's also a nice feature to make them trackable in case you loose one or both. Inexpensive, considering what else is out there.

Now for the not so good; they drop constantly, which makes listening for me, especially new age and classical music, maddening. SIRI, for me, she just doesn't get it. She can't comprehend basic commands, such as "resume last song", or "skip to the beginning of the album". No volume or start/stop controls on the Airpods themselves. This is a major issue for me. I either have to try to make SIRI understand exactly what I want - frankly embarrassing in a public place, or pull out my iPhone, open it, then change it. That's really annoying, especially since most of the time I'm jogging while I'm listening. Like the first iPhone, it's a great first effort, however, it needs refinement, polish. Wouldn't be nice if Apple really listened to the reviews...

    Apple Airpods with Android

I have a Samsung S5 did my research before I purchase to make sure the AirPods worked with Android, very very happy with my purchase. The sound is amazing, they don't fall out of your ear, fool proof to pair, this is my first purchase of anything Apple but it now has me thinking of switching over from Android! Worth the wait & $.

A Truly Great Set of Earbuds

I am going to be quite honest, I am not the kind of person to spend a lot of money on headphones, but the AirPods are worth every penny. They are very lightweight and comfortable for long sessions of use. If you are worried about the AirPods falling out, try on the EarPods that come in every iPhone box and see how they fit in your ears, because they fit identically. The AirPods sound great for normal listening and Netflix watching and the battery life is fantastic. When the AirPods in the case they charge very quickly and the case itself charges quickly as well. Overall the AirPods are great wireless earbuds and I would recommend picking them up if the EarPods fit your ears well and you are willing to shell out the $159 to buy them.

    Love Them!

I just got my AirPods a week ago, and I really love them. I'm used to Apple technology, so I expected something cool, but they are even cooler than I imagined them to be. I carry the case around in my pocket and keep the pods in my ears. Phone conversations are more clear than ever before and I am amazed at the clarity of music and voice.

Just got my airpods yesterday, despite many negative comments online
I have found them perfect. Fit my ears nicly, no sign of falling out & Im a distance runner.
Alot lighter than I expected. Sound quality is graet!! More bass than I expected.
Range is good i can walk around the house only starts the fade at the extremities of the house.
If regular apple headphones fit you well these will too. Chaging in the case is really fast.

    Awesome product, minor issues

First of all, I absolutely love the newly discovered freedom. I use them to connect to iphone, macbook and apple TV. Will recommend to anyone who's ears it fits.

    Minor issues:
    - i'm not sold on the looks yet
    - case is getting pretty grimy, and there is no easy way to clean all the little grooved and ridges of the case. My biggest issue.
    - when connected to macbook, if I walk away to loose connection, and then return to reconnect sometimes a loud buzzing sounds starts playing. I suspect it's a software issue - so not much worry there
    - cannot connect to Apple Watch, no need at this point, maybe i'm doing something wrong.

    Exceeded my expectations by far

I am a complete lover of apple tech but was rather sceptical when I heard about the AirPods, however none the less I bought a pair, I'm so glad I bought them they are some of the best earphones I have ever used. The seamless pairing of my other apple products makes these earphones even more worth it. Would definitely recommend these to anyone considering buying them.

Was in the Apple Store this morning when their shipment arrived and was fortunate to be able to get them. They sound great and the setup... Well there was really no setup, they set themselves up in a few seconds! Happy I was there at the right time and the very helpful staff took care of me.

    Very satisfied

I was somewhat skeptical when these were purchased and thought they were pricey for earbuds. I am amazed at how well they sound. You do get somewhat fatigued when using them for a long period of time, but I wouldn't consider them uncomfortable. I like these much better than another set I own, LG brand, they fit around the neck with wires that lead to earbuds, there not bad for the price you pay. These Apple air-pods produce an excellent sound with no wires to put up with. They are expensive but well worth it. I ordered these and was told it would be four weeks before they would arrive, checked the web site the next day and a store close by had some in stock ready to be purchased and picked up, canceled the first order and bought those, picked them up same day. If you do buy, it's worth checking the web site for availability every day early in the morning, as they go fast. I've owned a lot of different brands of earbuds, some were expensive, but these have been the best. They compare very well to a set of Bose over the ear noise cancellation head phones, and they have a wire to put up with. It would be nice if they offered them in black, not just white.

    Airpods Idea

The airpods are great and all... I love them because of the great features they have. Yet one thing I would like to see coming would be a volume slider right below the Siri tap. There is a large amount of space to add this. I know that the inside of the airpods need that space, but if apple could create the insides smaller, than a volume slider would be ideal.

    Trash, won't connect

Connected a few times with difficulty and now won't connect to my iPhone, watch or MacBook. Literally only reason I bought these.

    Practically perfect

I love them. They.stay in your ears, they're easy to use, they sound great, and no cord to get tangled up, pinched, stretched, or broken. I can cross a room without having to take my phone with me. Did I mention that I love my air pods?

    I like it

I was not prepared to buy $160 wireless earbuds but now that i have made the purchase I actually like it, it fits well in my ear. The only con is that it does not get very loud but the quality is great.

Apple has truly thought of the user experience when designing these headphones. The ear detection allows automatic play/pause of what you're listening to and it easily syncs between my computer to my phone. The sound has also improved immensely from the normal wired EarPods--the bass and the clarity of sound comes out in these (I'm no audiophile, but I can hear the difference). I've also been really impressed by how fast this charges - 15 minutes in the case can bring it up to almost full battery life. The only con would have to be that there is no easy way to change the volume without using your device (Siri can be a bit slow)

Overall - if you can find them, then don't sit on it! These are incredible!
