    Typical Apple Product

These are, like other apple products (I have many), expensive for what it is but they work flawlessly and make life easier.

I have wanted these for a while and when I broke my wrist, pulling big headphones apart or untangling cables was a pain literally so I bought these.
They sound better than the included EarPods my iPhone 7 came with but only marginally and not worth the increased cost for sound alone.
the simplicity of pairing and switching between apple devices is amazing and using them with my iwatch is fantastic, simple and light. Unlike my other bluetooth earphones they stay in my ear as there is no cord to pull/tug them out.

To me they are worth the money and fantastic lightweight earphones that give great sound for phone calls/WebEx meetings with a clear microphone compared to others, ease of switching between devices is great and the sound is good but could be better for the price.

After a lot of Bluetooth earbud research, I wound up with the AirPod. I use these in the office, out and about, and surprisingly while running and olympic weightlifting. They have never fallen out, or given me any connectivity or battery issues. Super comfortable, and being cord free feels real cool. Highly recommend!

    LOVE these earbuds!!!!

I am not a person who leaves reviews. But I love this product! They stay in my ears great. They charge so fast! But I just had an experience that really proved how great they are. I accidentally left them in the pocket of my workout jacket, then they went into the washer....case and all. Then into the dryer as well. When I went to the dryer to figure out what was "clunking around", I realized it was my earbuds! I freaked out and thought they were toast for sure. Put them in rice immediately and they work great! I would highly recommend these to anyone who will listen!

    Won Me Over

I had long resisted getting a pair, but when the weather got nice and I didn't want a bulky pair of corded Sony's on my head nor the tangle of the ear bugs, so I got these. I love them and when taking calls I've asked how I sounds and they say it sounds really good on the other end. Super easy to a set up on multiple iPhone and devices.

Wondering about them falling out? My left ear canal is apparently bigger than my right, which fits perfectly, so the left I have to reposition every now and then but I have gotten over the fear it'll fall out. Without the tug of a cord, gravity alone is enough to keep it sitting in your ear just fine, even if loose.

I'll surely get a wireless over-the-ear pair to replace the corded Sony's but that's a bigger decision.

AirPods was a decision a long time coming. Glad I did it.

    Nice but not practical!

In search of new earphones I chose the AirPods over the BeatsX.
I love being able to answer my phone without removing it from my purse when I’m on the go. But the AirPods kept falling out my ear as I moved throughout my day. Once they fell and I didn’t realize it and thankfully someone saw them fall and warned me. As much as they cost I cannot afford to loose them and pay the replacement fee.

These are cool to look at but not as practical if you don’t have any extra security to ensure they stay in.

    Great Concept

I love the concept of wireless earphones; however, the AirPods are not noise canceling which is a let down. Another big issue i had was the tapping to change the song or pause. I had for almost a week and then had to return them because I need something that is consistent and not temperament. It all depends on your preference, but overall great product and concept!

    Great Sound

I have to admit, I was skeptical before I purchased these headphones. I am obsessed with sound quality, but I also do not like wires and different items that I can get caught on something while moving around. These headphones provide great sound in a wide range of music. I would recommend them for the sound quality alone, they are also very mobile and easy to use.

    Mediocre except for sound

Sound quality is very good. As far as any other features, they are mediocre. For example, when you pause the music using the EarPod, Apple Watch, or iPhone, the EarPods often just disconnect and won't reconnect unless you have the charging case and iPhone with you. If you are out for a walk, this can be irritating, especially if you have to stop, mess with the devices, and then continue what you are doing.

Also, they are not rated for physical activity, which would be one of those things I would use them for when I want music and get sweaty when I workout. They stay in your ears ok, but you also need to be aware you will have issues at teh most inopportune times.

If you just want to sit on your tail and use them, then they seem like a good purchase. I question my purchase almost daily since I try to stay moving.

    Disappointed in the long run

Initially, I was very happy with these, the "convience" was great. But in the long term, they are turning into a hassle. Sometimes, I go to use them, and one ear has discharged while in the holder. I get erradicat battery indicators, sometimes the indicators work fine, other times I get no indicator. The automatic ear detection only works about a third of the time.

I tried getting support, but in the end, I was told I need to clean them, which I am now doing after every use, and I am still having problems.

Good Wireless Headphones but lack some things to consider

I was so excited to receive these as a gift. Not sure if they're worth the price if you're paying out of pocket. When they work, they're great!

    1. Sometimes only one airpod connects when they are both in your ears (especially frustrating during a call since you can't troubleshoot while you're talking to someone).
    2. If you wear headphones all the time, the battery life can go by quick. Since there are no wires it's easier to wear these a lot.
    3. Switching between devices is a hassle. I have two laptops (one Mac and one PC), two iPhones, an iPad and an Apple Watch. Every time you switch to a difference device, you have to go to settings each time, select the device in bluetooth settings and wait a few seconds for it to connect. I wish it was more seamless.

Overall I'm happy with them, I don't understand how Apple expects that this solution can fully replace the lack of headphone jack as there are quite a few gaps.

Great for truck drives...or maybe not

One of the biggest and only issues my dad has with the AirPods is when somebody calls, he has to lean forward to pick up the phone while driving a big truck. The pricing is also pretty expensive. Overall recommend if you're looking to buy something small and compact.

    Great purchase

By far the best wireless headphones I've ever purchased. I was very impressed with the quality of the sound when I first tried them on. The bass and the treble are evenly balanced and they stay in my ears. I wear headphones when I workout and every time I get tangled with wires or they just fall out of my ears. That's not the case with these. If you're still unsure, go to your local Apple store and ask them try the headphones out. Highly recommended!

    Amazing Headphones

I bought these headphones primarily for working out at the gym, as the over ear bluetooth headphones I had were too bulky. So far they have done the job perfectly and I love them! I haven't had any problems with them falling out through the course of a workout, although running on the treadmill I did have to adjust them a little bit. The fact that the case charges them is extremely convenient as you never have to worry about going to use them and realizing that they're dead. I use them on average maybe 2-3 hours a day and usually only have to charge the case every 2-4 days. Overall these are fantastic headphones perfect for the gym or just around the house!

    I love these

These fit and stay in. I love the no wire factor. Free feeling and sound quite good. (I can’t wear the wired Apple earbuds). I have multiple Apple devices. When you need to change which one is paired to AirPods: go to Bluetooth on new device; tap AirPods: immediately they unpair from first device & join second. Seamless. Answering calls is also seamless whether from iPhone or iPad. Sometimes you need to select where you want the audio but- smooth and easy. I don’t understand the negative reviews. I have mine set to- R ear double tap pauses. Left ear invokes Siri. Wish list? Volume control on AirPods themselves by taps or swipes or something. These things are so convenient, easy to carry, fabulous battery life.

I don’t understand why the sound suddenly gets lower, maybe they are dirty but they don’t come with instructions on how to clean them. But overall they’re good.

Great Product, Switching to different apple devices isn't seamless.

Using these beautiful peace of tech for more than a year. Totally love them, can't feel them in my ears sometimes so lightweight and comfortable. Never ever went off of my ears.

BUT switching to a different device for example from my iPhone to my Macbook isn't seamless. I have to manually connect to the other device which is a pain. I have owned so many headphones and they connect automatically to all paired devices when turned on and in range. AirPods do connect automatically but to a last active device only, if I was using them on my iPhone and want to use them on my mac they won't connect automatically, you have to manually select them from the bluetooth menu.

    Features I miss :
    1. volume control, like swiping up or down to control volume.
    2. connect multiple devices at the same time.
    3. water resistant.
    4. colors.

    Horrible sound and design

One would think that by buying wireless airpods to go with iphone X would give you the best sound ever. Well NEVER should be the word. Design is the same as other 'wired' pods from apple (supplied with very expensive phone) and sound in them is as bad as in those free ones. Sound bad and constantly loose in the ear. You run with them and every couple sec you have to readjust. Maybe apple should call BOSE and aske for design hints how to make pods that do not fall out of the ear?:)

I was hesitant in buying it but I have no regrets now after using it for 1 month. The only thing is that it doesn't really cancel out noise very well, but honestly I like it because then I'm more aware of my surroundings especially if someone's trying to talk to me.
