    Amazing but Bad fit

My brother got this for me as a gift, honestly one of my favorite gifts. Incredible sound and range, amazing battery life. I place my phone down and go around cleaning my house and it still sounds great. I can also pause a song, change a song etc. all in one side of the headphone. I can even make phone calls. However, after about 1-2 hours of use, I have to give the headphones a break because they give me headaches and earaches. Besides the fit everything else is amazing!

Beats Solo 3's won me over after I tried to hate on them.

I couldn't get around this I guess. I thought that the Solo's line up was all trash. I convinced myself that nothing but the Studios were even acceptable. I was wrong of course. The Solo's 3's have redefined my opinion. The technology inside them has a lot to do with it. The redesigned cushions and pressure adjustments they did compared to the solo 2 made a bigger difference than I thought originally. If you aren't happy with the feel of something on your head or ears I guess you could never get used to the sound of them. I'm I saying that they sound better, probably not. But I couldn't wear them long enough for the burn in to find that out because they were so darn tight on my head and ears. The 40 hours and the 5minute quick charge is another thing that makes these special. I don't know of any blue-tooth headphones that last longer or has a quicker charge time. This puts these on the top of the mountain for me for fit, feel, style, and sound in one package.

Garbage - Turn off non stop in cold weather. Should not be sold in canada . SOOOOOOOO disapointed. Expensive but not worth $10 if they don't work

worst headphones ever, they power off in cold weather

If you live anywhere that gets cold, do not get these headphones. They power off in cold weather. I wish Apple had made that clear. They shouldn't be sold anywhere that drops below zero.

    useless in winter!

Do not purchase this product if you live in a country with winter because this headphone will not work in below 0 degree temperature. I wish i'd known that before i purchased it.

If you are as deep in the Apple ecosystem as me, these are definitely worth picking up. The sound is clear, the bass is great ( but not overdone like the old beats ), they are lightweight, very very comfortable. The battery life is outstanding and the pairing process is a no brainer. You just hold them near your iPhone and they pair instantly. To be honest, first they didn't like something about my MacBook Pro 15" 2015 ( ever 5-10 minutes they kept interrupting for a second and then coming back ) and I had to reset the bluetooth settings and the output sources of the laptop, but after a 5 minutes process, everything works like a charm. If you own many Apple devices, they are definitely worth it if you have the money. Playing music from your Apple Watch is also great because you don't have to have your iPhone with you, and the cans also come with 3 months free Apple Music which is great if you don't own already a subscription. All in all they are worth it, but I am curious to see how they will resist over time, asI am expecting to get at least 2-3 years from such an expensive pair of headphones!!

These headphones are great. I've always used wired headphones and just the fact that these are wireless is a game changer. It is so freeing! Set up was super easy with my iPhone. Battery life is as advertised (really long!). Sound is excellent and does tend to have a heavier bass but not as much as I was expecting for Beats brand. I have an old pair of Bose headphones and these actually sound better. I've read several reviews saying they are uncomfortable, tight, and hurt your head or ears. I haven't run into this problem and I have an average sized head. You just have to find the right position of the pads on your ears which takes 2 seconds when you first put them on. Perhaps they are too tight if you have a larger than average head or if you wear them for several hours on end. I wear them for about an hour at a time and I'm fine. Lastly, I easily received a phone call on them and the person on the other end said I sounded perfectly clear (even with city noise and traffic in the background).

Some cons include the price; they should probably be about $100 cheaper. Second is the plastic volume buttons; I feel like they have the potential to break if I dropped the headphones or something.

I would recommend these to anybody looking for high end, wireless headphones that easily pair to your iPhone or other Apple devices. I'm very happy with the purchase.

The range is unreal, as is the battery life. just amazing. The sound is great; classical, classic rock, rock, r&b or hip-hop. They can get warm, but for me that is not a deal breaker.

I know some people are complaining about the comfortability, but for me these are great (and they fit the same as beats solo 1 and 2. My wife just makes them slightly longer and they relieve the pressure on her ears when she constantly steals them from me.

    Wireless Made Perfect

The insane range, crazy battery life, and incredibly easy pairing process make these headphones a far better experience than any wired (or obviously wireless) headphones I've ever tried. The sound is well-balanced while still having a nice punchy bass. At first, I thought they were a little uncomfortable, but as I played around with the adjustable headband, I found the sweet spot where I can wear these things for hours. I can't recommend these enough.

Sound fine but not the most comfortable

I am not an audiophile so I think they sound just fine. However, I don't think they're very comfortable. I must have sensitive ears but even after 3 months of use they still hurt my ears after about an hour. I wish I could exchange them for the studio's that go around rather than on top of my ear.

    Not there yet

Battery life was awesome, sound was good as I like the lows... connection was crisp around the house with few hiccups. I did take them out running and they dropped connection multiple times. It wasn't an easy reconnect, so I tried returning them for another pair. I had the same issue. If I'm paying this kind of money for wireless headsets, they need to stay connected. These didn't.

    Awesome Headphones

received these as a gift for free from Apple after they really screwed up with my replacement iPhone (long story, but Apple handled situation very well)...man I am glad they did, not sure I would have ever spent $300 on headphones, but these are awesome!...super comfortable, very easy to use, and sound is unreal...my kids love them too, they keep fighting over who gets to use them when I'm not...battery life is superb, they last multiple days of frequent use before needing a charge...and the range is unbelievable, I can set my phone down (iPhone 7 Plus) anywhere in my house, and walk around entire house without any lost connection...they are pricey, but in my opinion worth every penny...im just glad I didn't have to pay for them...haha

Even better than the Studio Wireless

I had the Beats Studio Wireless headphones and bought the Beats Solo 3 Wireless headphones yesterday. I did a side by side comparison and I gotta say, the Solo 3's sound better.... way better. I know Beats are geared more toward a the low end of the sound spectrum, but I played Hip Hop, Classical, Country, Rock and some Acapela. Every test had the Solo 3's as the clear winner. Even down to the sound isolation, and the Studios have "noise cancellation".

There's only one negative, it is the carrying case. Could they not make it a tad bigger?! I feel like just one more centimeter of room would have shaved at least 3 minutes off putting them in the bag. ;)

I have to be transparent, I got these for $210 on another large retailer's site (think the rain forest). Would I pay 300 plus tax? Probably, but the point is, you can't find them for less, just make sure the place you're buying them from is legit.

Also, I suggest getting a SquareTrade warranty for them, it is 50 bucks for 3 years of accidental damage and manufacturer defects.

    Amazing headphones

Beats Solo3 are the best headphones I have used. The connection was as easy as turning on my iPhone. Very smart to use iCloud to pair them to all your apple products. As for as the sound It has amazing Quilty for any Genre that you plan to listen to. Beats have been know for years to have a really heavy bass sound and now with the new beats that are coming out they have been listing to there customers and make them have more of a clear true sound.
