    Noise canceling? Not!!!

    I have bought many apple products, I know these are “beats by DR. Dre”. But, there are owned by apple. And in my opinion any apple product belongs in the trash. I was excited to buy a pair of these since beats have been a trend for a while “the cool thing to have”. The buttons on the side is so freaking loud wether you are wearing them (high volume) of not! The battery life is very bad it doesn’t last as long as it says it does. They are also very uncomfortable! I prefer Bose or JBL over beats or any apple product!

    Worst headphones

    I bought these last year and they've broke not once but twice. The side bands are too weak and snap over time. I was simply collapsing them to pack and they snapped. Apple was "nice to me" on the phone and said they'd ship us a new pair for free. About 4 months go by and they snap YET AGAIN. If Apple does not ship them back for free I will never purchase a Beats product again. And if I were you I'd also go with a different set.

    Bad Quality for the price!

    Just after a year and the warranty is gone, my very expensive Beats headphones snap at the hinge. This is the last Beats product I will ever buy. I bought a pair of ther “cheaper” headphones only for them to fall apart, and now this. Never again!

    stay away don't buy these Cheap Quality earphones

    cheap quality,useless Beats powerbeats 3 wireless.guys you can spend £5- 10 and get better quality earphones from ebay,
    or just buy some fake beats even those are better quality.
    i bought Powerbeats 3 wireless not even 2 month ago brand new and earhook came off, can you believe guys ? its so cheap quality
    chat with apple and without even looking in apple chat they said its out of warrenty and i have to spend £94 to repair,
    so would you guys spend on this cheap quality beats ?
    really diisappointed with apple and beats
    regretting now i spend so much money and apple wont even accept that its cheap quality manufacturing defective beats.
    Apple is so disappointing and Beats is more disappointing.
    apple dont even accept their fault.

    not worth the money

    I have had two pairs of these headphones in the part three years. They both died unexpectedly and nothing would turn them back on. I emailed customer support to see how to fix them, and they said I would have to send them in to get repaired... for $100. At that rate, you might as well buy new headphones. I loved that these headphones were noise cancelling, but I would not recommend. Not worth the money, especially when you get zero help in return from customer care!

    Cheap and poor quality. Not durable or ideal for use longterm.

    I spent $300 on these headphones, and they broke within a few months of using them. The material used to make the product is very cheap and flimsy. It is not convenient to use when making or receiving calls, as the person you are speaking to will not be able to hear you. When I contacted support, they weren't much help, and said I'd have to purchase repairs (i.e., there was a crack on the side, which btw was not caused by careless use). They wouldn't do anything about the fact that I couldn't use them to make calls. Overall, the product is not at all worth the money, and I do not recommend wasting your money on Apple products.

    Beats Studio3 break easily

    After 4 months of minimal use, the hinge on the headphones broke. Sent in for repair under warranty, however, they will look for any reason possible not to cover the repair. The ‘replacement’ cost offered was $70 more expensive then what I could have purchased them for at the DrDre website!! Customer service was a complete waste of time!! Poor quality product!

    Do not by Beats Studio3! They break easily!!

    After 4 months of minimal use, the Beats Sudio3 Wireless headphones snapped at the hinge. Contacted customer service and sent them in for repair. They will look for any reason not to cover the repair!! If you call to talk to customer service, they will do nothing to help you resolve the issue, they will only waste your time!! Their ‘replacement’ cost was $70 higher than what you could buy the same product for on the DrDre website - what a joke!!! This product was such a disappointment and the customer service was so dismal, I will not buy another Apple product again:(

    After splurging over A$400 on a decent set of headphones, I find the headband to be nothing more than cheap plastic. I look after these knowing that I can't afford to purchase another set anytime soon as I paid good money for these only to get a small crack in them(not from misuse or my fault). They won't be repaired for free under warranty as they tell me that it's "ONLY" cosmetic and if I choose to repair them, I will need to spend $271.82+tax. So I am paying close to A$700 for a set of headphones. This is ridiculous and unacceptable Apple. You should hang your head in shame! I will be leaving my Beats on the shelf as a reminder of what an expensive headset looks like and purchasing cheaper headphones that do the same job at 1/10th of the price and if they break, I can buy another set without spending a fortune. If I buy a new car and the paint starts to crack, the dealership fixes it for free. Same should happen here!!! You're only getting 1 star as you won't let me put a 0 star rating.

    Much better headphones out there

    £300 for headphones that do not go louder than the room around me. The worst element for me is that they still need battery to use them with the wire?? I find that utterly bizarre. If `I have battery I'm using them wirelessly! Really disappointed with them, £300 down the drain, buy other headphones.

    don't buy if you want to use outdoors

    Apple states it will work for 3 hrs+. And it will as long as you don't what to use them outdoors. If you do, the battery fails if it gets a bit cold. I have experienced as low as 10 minutes. Before you buy you should apparently telepathically know to check this page https://www.beatsbydre.com/headphones/studio3-wireless before buying (scroll to bottom to see reviews), because according to apple if you store or charge them wrong, the battery won't last. What they don't mention is that if you store & charge them right but then want to use them outdoors, the battery will deplete in a record amount of time & within .5 hours of being outdoors, the battery will die.

    Ok, so I’m not one to write reviews but I felt the need to stress my dissatisfaction with this company. I have been a user for almost 5 years and I have gone though a total of 7 pairs, 4 Powerbeats, and 3 solos. These headphones are downright awful!! I’ve had to send pair after pair in multiple times for repairs because they are made so poorly. I’m heavily involved with fitness which is their primary use, and they continue to fail me. I just sent in my Powerbeats 3 because the earpiece detached from the headphone and this is 3 months after I sent them in the first time for shorting out ( I assume from sweat) and they were replaced. As I sit here now my solo 3 is making a humming sound in my right ear, and I just bought these back in November as well for work. I believe in making things last so therefore I TAKE CARE of my stuff (putting them away correctly, wiping them down after use) but no matter what I do it doesn’t seem to work. For the $ and time I advise going with a different brand, this is the last time I ever buy a pair from this company. Thank you for taking my $ and wasting my time.

    Do not buy Beats Studio 3!!!

    We bought our 13yr old son the new studio 3 wireless beats for Christmas. He had them a week before one ear speaker was Falling off. He is very good with his stuff, and even if he pulled them off his head by the ear it shouldn’t come off that easily!! He has the solo 2 headphones with no issue and the wireless ear buds, no issues, so we send them to Apple (after going to the store and being told “with no appt they wont even look at them and if a repair is needed they will ship it off anyways”). They send them back and say we have to pay $200 for accidental damage. After several reviews I have read, And a couple of his friend’s had the EXACT SAME issue with the speaker falling off an ear, I know this particular model is garbage. We will never buy beats again.

    Pieces of S*** and so is the customer service

    These beats are garbage. The quality is too cheap for the price. The sound quality is decent but the frame and materials are very easily broken. Normal use of folding the Beats to put them in the case causes the arms to break. I paid the $200.00 repair price and was given refurbished Beats that broke within year. After calling to get a replacement for those I was told that I would need to pay another $200.00 because the warranty goes 1 year from the date of purchase of the original Beats you bought. So after owning them for 1 year your warranty expires. DO NOT buy this product! Excellent sound but horrible build quality.

    Beats are not worth the cost.

    If I could rate lower than 1 Star, I would! This is the second pair of beats I purchased and have had the same issue with them both. The headset breaks where the earphone part is supposed to bend. I have had these headphones for about a year and I can't believe Apple sells such poor quality products. I still have the box and the headphones literally look new. My son loves to use headphones to cancel out noise and listen to music. He is on the Autism spectrum and is very careful with his things. He is the kid that takes such good care of all his possessions. He has never broken any of his electronics (phones, games, etc) As a matter of fact he still had his original iPod that is over 10 years old. Obviously, to pay over $150 to get these fixed is beyond ridiculous. I can purchase Bose for about $200. I don't think we will be using Beats any longer.

    So much hope, so little delivered

    Bought the headphones a while ago. Bluetooth range is pathetic and God forbids if you turn your head away from the source, they will cut off, same if you put your hand over right earphone. Very painful\uncomfortable on earlobes, can't wear them more than 15 min. without taking them off, or adjusting their position; that is why you will not pick this up in the store. The USB charging female port looses contact while charging - loose connection inside the phone (apparently very common problem with these headphones). Sound quality way below average for well over $400 headphones (in Australia). Besides, sort of, cool look not much good to say about them. Expensive lesson learned. To top this up my pair start cutting off for no reason whatsoever and are now useless. Thank God I bought extended warranty.

    On my second pair of studios now and there always seems to be some small issue going on. First pair was issue with one speaker and now issues with bluetooth connectivity on second. The worst part about these products is that you have to deal with Apple for problems which is one of the most frustrating things a person can attempt to do. It's a shame because they actually sound and look ok. Probably going to just try Bose next time.

    cracked headphone apple refused to fix

    STAY AWAY FROM THESE BUY OTHER HEADPHONES FIRST. Had these studio 3 headphones for less than a year and a major crack developed below the hinge on the right ear piece. The plastics and materials used are VERY very cheap for a 300 dollar product and they broke over time simply by opening and closing the latch. Apple refused to cover this under the warranty and has completely lost me as a customer. Multiple iPhone, MacBook, beats purchases. Gone downhill ever since Steve jobs died IMO.

    I purchased a pair from Best Buy. I took them home and connected them to my iPhone via Bluetooth. They worked 3 times I connected and than the right side stopped working. I am disappointed in the quality of the product. They literally broke 3 hours after I bought them.

    Terrible quality

    I would rate these 0 stars if I could. I had these for barely over a year and got them as a gift. Within a couple months of slight use the fake leather on the ear cups was peeling off. This made the headphones look and feel terrible (not like they were comfy in the first place). These headphones are heavy and I was never able to wear them for more than an hour without my ears hurting. I called apple about this and they told me it was going to be $150 just to replace the earcups! BUY BOSE. BOSE ARE MORE COMFY, BETTER SOUND QUALITY, AND HAVE REPLACEABLE EARCUPS!!!!! THESE HEADPHONES ARE JUNK. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
