    Good Until They Werent

    • Written by Alesha B from Kelowna

I really like my beats headphones. The battery lasts forever and the sound is decent. Sometimes I would even wear them for a little more soundproofing if I wanted less distraction. But as of today... only one side of the headphones work. Out of nowhere. I had just turned them off from listening to Spotify, and twenty minutes later I reconnect to my computer to watch Netflix and the one side just stopped working. I have only had them for 2 months... For the price, they should last a lot longer... I hope Apple can warranty these headphones, otherwise, I will be leaving this 1-star rating right here...

    Worse than garbage

They worked amazingly for 14 days, sounded great, battery lasted forever. End of day 15 and they won’t charge, turn on, or reset as per the oodles of online suggestions. Save your hard earned money.

Tight on the head (uncomfy) not great on loud level

    • Written by Keyvan D from los angeles

Although I am bald and don't have a big round head, I wear a small hat size but this thing after 10-15 minutes start to squeeze my head and become uncomfortable. Maybe what makes it sturdy on the head that folks show in Youtube that it wont fall no matter how you shake your head, it also makes it uncomfortable and tight.

The second issue was mentioned by other reviewers, its technical, the audio quality drop, when you turn up the volume to the end, as of it, can't handle it.
Maybe that explains why on eBay they won't go brand new sealed more than $100.

    Happy, but not happy

    • Written by Henry C from Dallas

    The Good
Two stars because these were included with a purchase I made for college. Good BT connectivity. Amazing battery life.

    The Bad
Plastic for the steep price tag. The fit is tight -- not snug.

    The Ugly
The audio is not worth it. The sound quality is just terrible. Mind you, if you want stylish loudness and no definition, these will work.

Bottom Line: I'd sacrifice the BT features for better sound quality. If you listen to acoustic or live music, these won't do it.

    Alright

They look good and kind of surprised me with their sound quality, I didn’t expect much from Beats. But this actually ok, their bass is pretty good and they go really laud without distorting the sound. The reason I gave 3 stars though is that they are simply awful to wear, very uncomfortable. Apparently they traded looks for comfort. I need to keep having breaks in between music sessions or else my ears feel like they are being torned apart my the extreme tight amd small ear cushions. I wear glasses and that makes the situation even worse. So I would try them out in the store before buying, because it might just not be the right fit for you. However, if it does feel confortable for a person especially, I would recomend them.

Do not buy! Buy another company’s headphones! WORST HEADPHONES EVER!

    • Written by Jessica R from Rosharon

I got these wireless solos as a Christmas gift and within the first the first few months they were already torn apart! The ear pads have fallen off, even the upper rim off the headphone has fallen apart! I’ve never been so disappointed in an Apple product. I’ve only used these headphones a few times to keep them safe, yet they still are torn up. The earpads are of horrible quality, they feel like they are made of a plastic-leather like material. Underneath the ear pad skin is a cheap foam pad that can be easily pulled off of the headphone. The cheap plastic-rubber attached to the upper rim is even of cheaper quality! The rim has almost completely fallen off the headphone and no matter how much I fix them, they always come undone! In fact, I just left these headphones alone for awhile BECAUSE they were so ragged—who wants to walk around with ripped up beats?! ! My goodness! I just want my money back. Don’t buy from beats—buy from JBL or SkullCandy.

Love this brand, I bought this for my girlfriend, and literally she was so amazed! She loves the bass and how she can multi task while listening to her music.
