    Mine works for 52 seconds and then it disconnects, then reconnects after 10 seconds of nothing but only reconnecting the right AirPod. In order for me to get the left side to work again I would have to put both of them back in the case and then put them back in my ears for it to only disconnect after 52 seconds. I would not recommend this product to anyone. These are absolute trash and a waste of money!

    Get the ones without the wireless charging case

    The new pair is awful in comparison. The wireless charging case ones I have to unpair and repair and the old ones just work. Really bummed on this purchase.

    Extremely Disappointed and Disappointing

    I really was looking forward to these version of Airpods, but starting off I would have to say they have been a waste of time and money. I have had to exchange my Airpods not once, twice but three times. Why, because for some reason each pair I have got the Airpods themselves charge to 100% but continue to charge without stopping. I have contacted Apple multiple times and they cannot even figure out what is wrong with their own product. My honest advice is that these really need to go back to the drawing board to figure out what went wrong.

    The original AirPods were great. No issues. Bought the 2nd gen ones because my original ones were getting pretty beat up from daily use. Nothing but issues with these. Half the time they don't connect to my iPhone 8 Plus or MacBook Pro and when they do, often its only just one side that connects and other is non existent. This is my second pair with the same issues. QA has definiley decrease. The case hinge also feels much flimsier and cheaper.

    Very Disappointed!

    Sound is great when both buds work. I use them for my 3 mile walk/jog each morning. They must be charged each time. However, although I manually disconnect them when not in use they automatically turn back on and wear down the charge. I keep turning them off to no avail!!! Very frustrating!

    Pretty Disappointed

    After waiting for over 4 months for these, I am pretty disappointed with my purchase. The connection to multiple devices is not as 'Seamless' as described on the website. Also faced several issues connecting them to my iPhones and my MacBook. I have used them for about a month now and overall, I would not recommend these to other apple users. The only good thing about them is the battery life.

    One size does not fit all

    I wanted to like them but I hate them instead. They're giant, do not fit right, and have no grip at all. Who thought that hard smooth shiny plastic would be great for the earphones? They are not made for talking. When talking or snacking my jaw moves and the earphones slowly but surely make their way out of my ears. One size does not fit all, Apple!

    Easy to lose

    So I was standing in the kitchen talking on my phone with my AirPods. I picked up my 2 year old son then my left AirPod falls out. I tried to use Find My iPhone to see if I can make it buzz but my phone is only paired with the AirPod that I had. It lost connection with the lost one when it dropped. I’m pretty sure it wasn’t damaged because I re-enacted the scene with the one I still had and it was ok. I’m mad that find my iPhone lost connection with my missing AirPod when it’s in my house somewhere hidden. I wish I had help with this before I sneak and buy another one before anyone notice it’s missing

    Won’t stop cutting out

    I’ve had my AirPods for not even 2 weeks, majority of the time I can only get them to play out of one ear, while a good chunk of the rest of the time is spent listening to them constantly cutting out. $170 for garbage. I have tried resetting them multiple times, don’t recommend if you actually want to listen to music.

    I returned Mine

    I received my pairs on 4/4/2019 and I had to return them after one week of usage.

    The right side one is always depleting much faster than the left one. I kept using them for a week to just confirm the situation.

    I forced my iPhone to forget them and pairing again. The same issue kept the same. I had to return them after confirming that the issue happened each time after full charge.

    I returned mine

    I received these on Wednesday March 27. Two days after, I noticed the left AirPod doesn't charge properly. AirPods where in the case all night long and in the morning the case was charged 100%, the right AirPod 100%, and the left AirPod 75%. Last night I left 100% charged AirPods and the case on my desk. This morning I found the case 100%, the right 100% and the left 35%. I decided to return it.

    Very bad

    The AirPods have the worst isolation ever with the worst design ever. The sound is good but no bass!
