I got these headphones today and they are absolutely fantastic.
I bought these with the intention to feel the heavy bass and be surrounded in music and it works very well.
Now, I read the reviews and I have no idea why so many people complain about these headphones.
I wore them for 3 hours straight today and all that happened was my ears hurt a little bit, which is normal for any pair of headphones.
I got no headaches, ear problems, or squeezes on my head.
If you’re looking for an easy and awesome way to listen to music, or work on something, these are the headphones.
I even hooked them up to my PC and they have an built-in microphone that works well!
These headphones are a little over priced but the current discount was to 224, so I got them.
    AWESOME headphones!!!

might last 2 years with luck

i am a daily user but takes well care of my headphones. 1 year ago the leather cover of the headphones kept falling off and had to keep pushing it in every single day, and now there are connectivity issues constantly. quality has seriously gone downhill with at least the less pricey beats, very disappointing to have to consistently buy new headphones every 2 years.

    Right Side does not working

    • Written by Ebubekir B from İstanbul

Although I used my beats very carefully, I have had a problem with my beats sound. Right side of the headphone does not working. It stopped to sound after 13 months of use. I took my product to Genius Bar and they told me that my product has a software problem which I cannot prevent. Do not buy this products. They are defective and apple did not help to solve your problem. I hope that apple would make a good faith warranty for these defective product.

    Poor quality for high price

    • Written by Randi R from Los Angeles

I’ve had my beats for less than two years and there’s been a significant sound degradation. The sound and range is not as crisp.

Additionally the fabric has come unglued and have had to re-glue myself. I was using the credit card trick to press the fabric back in but then it became too much of a daily effort.

It’s sad that such an expensive (luxury) item wouldn’t last more than a year before it started breaking apart. I use these daily for work, gym, home and it’s convenient to not have cables dangling- but cannot get past the quality. I’ve been using apple products since I was a teen and have never had to complain- it makes me want to switch to Bose for headphones.

    Expensive garbage

    • Written by Cassidy C from Eugene

Im normally not the kind of person to write reviews but this time I'm willing to make an exception. after 2 months of light use the wireless feature on my solo 3s stopped working. I received these for free when purchasing my MacBook. the sound quality is nothing impressive, I would compare it to a pair of earbuds you buy at a gas station. if your looking to invest in a pair of quality headphones look into the Bose qc 35. Had I not received these for free I wouldn't be caught dead with them.

    Beats Solo 3

    • Written by Thinashe M from East London

Honestly speaking I have loved the Bests Brand for years but now I’m realizing how the quality of these products I’ve bought is just ridiculous, I bought my first pair of beats three years ago and I just assumed that when they broke it was time fo them to go and I let it go and now I’ve recently bought a Beats Pill that is amazing but quite heavy. I bought a second pair of Beats headphones, the Beats Solo3 in Rose Gold and they started falling apart probabaly after 4-6 months of having them, I disregarded the fact that the top part/cushion was falling off and decided to carry on using them and then my right speaker stopped functioning not so long after I carried on using them, so I begged my parents for a new pair and now I got a third pair of Beats Solo 3 in Satin silver and I’ve probably only had them for 2-3 months and they are already falling apart, I would probably go with Bose Headphones or even AirPods for my next purchase because the Beats aren’t worth the money and they are obviously made with cheap products. One last thing, the carrying case is a nice addition until the clip thing takes the flap right out of the case and you can no longer use the clip thing to hold your beats so then there’s no point of the case. Honestly I’m disappointed in Beats because I always heard they’re sound was good and it is good but also with the Beats as soon as you put the volume to high everyone can hear what you’re listening to so you end up not using it to it’s full potential, I feel played. But they do look really nice, by the way I listen to music quite a lot maybe 4 hours on average per day.
    Hope this helps you :)
