  • AppleCare Help Desk Support provides two designated contacts, one year of unlimited support incidents for hardware and software diagnosis, and troubleshooting and issue isolation for Apple-based solutions. Products covered include Apple hardware1 such as iPad, iPhone, iPod, and Mac computers; iOS and macOS operating systems; and most Apple tools and applications including Apple Configurator, Apple Remote Desktop, Classroom, Compressor, Final Cut Pro, Garage Band, iMovie, Keynote, Logic Pro, MainStage, Music Memos, Motion, Numbers and Pages. The support plan also provides support for the graphical user interface tools in macOS Server.

    Every AppleCare Help Desk Support plan includes AppleCare technician Training, the only Apple-developed, Apple-approved online service certification training available.
