About Digital World Clock
A digital world clock set using offset from GMT and desired DST rule. Features:
- display different time zones (by GMT offset)
- select 12 or 24 hour display
- very low processor usage

Time zone selection is done by GMT offset. It handles a handful of DST rules and is built to easily have new rules added.

The DST functionality has been adapted from Offworld Time, a Konfabulator widget. Thanks to loki der quaeler for his work.
