The widget is basically a modified version of the Apple provided Stickies. However, this widget allows you to create new sticky notes directly from existing stickies.
The user simply has to hold the Option key (alt key) and then click the green plus sign button on the upper right side of the widget. This is also explained on the flip side of the widget.
