      Cleaver design - awful materials

I love that it has an adjustable kickstand, backlit keys, and easily detaches from the keyboard. What I find sorely disappointing is the hard plastic they used. In this day of soft-touch plastics, I'm surprised they chose this hard, cheap-feeling material. I currently use a 9.7 pro with Apple's silicon case and their keyboard. I love caring that thing around - feels so good in the hand! The function of Logitech's slim-combo is a winner, so I'll be keeping it. I just wish they'd made a different choice in the material.

And heavy. If you're used to using Logitech's keyboard case for the 9.7 ipad pro, get ready for something that feels much bigger and heavier. It kinda sorta defeats the purpose of an ipad if it's in a case with a keyboard that makes it bigger -- or at the very least heavier -- than a Macbook Air. Make no mistake: the keyboard works flawlessly and there is merit to the multi-piece configuration, but this is by no means slim.

      Bulky, but highly functional

Just upgraded my Air 2 with Type + setup. I was tempted by the detachable keyboard and more versatile setup. Never loved Apple's smart keyboard or the price. Not sure if I love the materials on this. The hard plastic seems a little cheap. I've only had it for a day so I can't speak to durability. Love the backlit keyboard for nighttime blogging.

      Worst case ever.

This is a great case if you don't care about the keyboard working all the time and want to carry an ipad in a case that makes it more thick than a Macbook Pro. This is a great case if you don't care about the keyboard working all the time and want to carry an ipad in a case that makes it more thick than a Macbook Pro. This thing is the most awkward, least well designed case ever. I've had logitec keyboard cases before and they've been great. This one is a loser.

This should be withdrawn then made properly!

I’ve always been a fan of Logitech iPad cases/keyboards so I assumed for £109.95 this would be the usual high standard so did not bother looking at reviews, how I’ve always been a fan of Logitech iPad cases/keyboards so I assumed for £109.95 this would be the usual high standard so did not bother looking at reviews, however, I wish I did. I feel like I have spent premium money on a cheap ebay £9 grade case/keyboard. The case as reported by others is not slim, but i think this is in part to the keyboard section being thicker towards the rear to elevate the keyboard when typing, thickness isn’t a real issue for me, I want something that protects the iPad. The plastic on this case does not feel premium and the addition of some nice feel rubber in places would probably make it feel more nice to hold. This case feels very much rushed from design to manufacture. Some issues I have: - The keyboard comes away from the case easily, too easily so it’s always coming apart with the least amount of movement. - It has intermittant connection issues, I have to keep detaching and re-attaching when I want to use it - The case cannot be folded back on itself as the smart connector isnt long enough and the magnet power isnt strong enough anyway, so you have to detach the keyboard if you want to use the ipad as a tablet, this means you have a loose keyboard hanging about which if your on a busy train or other public transport this isnt ideal. I rated this 1 star mainly for the back lit keys. The keys themselves are nice to type on but sadly, the overal design is very poor for a high priced suppose premium keyboard

      Terrible Case

The case (along with the iPad) was suppose to replace my laptop.... yes a laptop starts with the word lap - and this case does not allow me to use it on my lap. The case (along with the iPad) was suppose to replace my laptop.... yes a laptop starts with the word lap - and this case does not allow me to use it on my lap. It only works on solid surfaces and that is incredibly inconvient. I would have given zero stars if I could have. I don't normally write reviews but this was probably the worst purchase I have ever made - and I am incredibly disappointed in apple because they normally support great products. And at this price point you should be supporting great products! Beyond dissatisfied!
