Stops working after a few back ups

Bought this as was a USB-C connection for fast time machine back ups After a few back ups disk drive seems to cease to function, and decides to delete all file Bought this as was a USB-C connection for fast time machine back ups After a few back ups disk drive seems to cease to function, and decides to delete all files through my MacBook Pro and crash the MacBook - back to using my old USB seagate drive via an adapter and that works fine like it always did on my previous MacBook Pro. Poor drive and definitely not worth purchasing

Great for MacBook backup through time machine

I used it with my mid-2014 MacBook Pro to transfer everything to my new 2018 MacBook Pro and it went super smoothly. The data did take a while to upload but that is expected since it was over 214 gb(It took around two hours total to back up my new mac onto the drive and transfer it to my new mac.) It comes with a USB connection as well as the updated MacBook Pro connection. I recommend this for anyone because it has a great price, it comes with a ton of storage, and it works perfectly with Time Machine to transfer all information.
