Is Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac cost is one off or yearly ?

I recently bought a Mac Pro 2017 and was looking to run MS SQL Management Studio but unfortunately there is no Mac version so was looking at Parallels. Is the cost one off or yearly?

    This is a one-off cost. It's a perpetual licence so the software does not require a subscription or renewal.
