Will this kit work for Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia and South Africa?
I am looking for Types M, D, G and C.

I don't believe so. South Africa in particular, the plugs are three round prongs in a triangle, which does not appear to be included in this kit. Look for a 'Type M' plug adapter. Can't speak to the other countries.
