The pad has a number of sensors: Piezo force, Capacitive touch, Humidity (USB plug), Temperature (USB plug). These are used to track a variety of biometrics including: Snoring rate, heart rate, respiration, Sleep time, Bedtime, Time to fall asleep, Time awake, Time away from bed, Wake-up time, and Sleep efficiency
