No. However I found this device will: "Lightning to SD Card Camera Reader" Part# MJYT2AM/A.
~Alternatively use iCloud.com on any computer, once uploaded (drag>drop) iCloud will sync your photos across to your iPad automatically.- Answered by Ryan F from West End
