Will be using to work from home so how do you charge them for use
These are the stock standard EarPods. They are connected to your iphone/ipad/ipod, they don't contain batteries, they don't need charging.
I bought an EarPods lightning connector MMTN27M/A. model A1748.
Are the current EarPods using Bluetooth 4.1 or 4.2?
I see that Bluetooth 5.0 has been announced:
According to: www.bluetooth.com, bluetooth5 quadruples range, doubles speed, and increases data broadcasting capacity by 800%.
Thanks in advance,
EarPods don’t have Bluetooth but All models of AirPods have Bluetooth.
AirPods Gen 1 have Bluetooth 4.2, AirPods Gen 2 and AirPods Pro have Bluetooth 5.0
Yeah they are for the iPhone 5 and up
Do they fit inside the charging hole?
Yes, they do their work perfectly
I Think You Can Only Use Them For IPhones Or IPad Or Other Devices. But You Cant Have Them In An Amplifier Because They Are Not Made For That And They Do Not Have A Port For That And If You Tried To Put One In The Amplifier, You Would Mess Up The Bass In The Apple EarPods And Also It Would Not Work. So To Sum This All Up, No You Can Not Work In An Audio Amplifier But If You Bought An Audio Amplifier From Amazon That Has A Port That Has Both A Lightning Cord Input Or A Aux Cord. It Might Work But You Can Definitely Try And See For Your Self.
Paper with a bit of plastic to hold things together.
Nope. You’d need the ones with an AUX end, or use an adapter, Lightning to AUX.
I want to purchase apple airpods generation 2 for my son and found some for $20. They have lightning connector, can he use those bluetoothed to his Android phone?
I am aware that the Siri Remote for Apple TV has a lightning port for charging, but can I plug EarPods with Lightning Connector with them? I do not have a 4th gen. Apple TV to test them with.
No, EarPods with lightning connector will not work with the Siri Remote.
No, it won’t work with the iPad Pro 11 inch

My case really limits the Chargers used the only charger that I have seen work is the apple charger, so would the connector on the EarPods be the same size as the charger or bigger?
