    not worth it

    • Written by Miriam W from Louisville

Thought this was a nice looking charger, so I purchased it for my bedroom. It really is a challenge! Sometimes it takes me 20 minutes to get the phone connected to charge. If you don't hold your mouth right, you have big problems. Never again. Save your money, but a charging cord and a block of wood.

Received this as Christmas present. The overall design looks professional and well done, but I believe this device has a design flaw. The watch charger is still working fine, but now the phone side charger started cutting in and out and eventually failed. In looking over the other reviews, I find my issue is not uncommon. I certainly expected more from such an expensive device. Apple should take a closer look at this one as it reflects on their brand too.

    Stopped Working after 1 year

Like many other people, I bought this assuming quality, but it stopped working after 11 months.
    Avoid, very disappointing.

    Intermittently charges

    • Written by Barry B from Dymchurch

Sadly this once great product has become unusable because the phone keeps cutting in and out of charge when it’s connected.
I even thought perhaps it was the angle of how it rests on the back bar and made it sit more upright but alas to no avail.
The watch charges fine but the phone does not - considering the cost of it it’s very poor!

    Worse product I have purchased.

    • Written by Lesly A from Azusa

Everything worked fine for a week after that it didn’t change my phone and a month later not even my Apple Watch, and I can’t even get my money back. Save your money because for the price is not good at all.

Does not work with iPhone Xs

    • Written by Avraham D from New York

This is Made For iPhone yet somehow doesn't work with the Xs and friends. How does Belkin mess that up?

Do not buy this. If you have an older iPhone that it can charge, why buy tech that you know will fail you when you upgrade?

    Stopped working after 1 year

    • Written by paul W from Cwrtnewydd

This was fantastic until it stopped working about a year after purchase. considering the price I expected better. I have seen other reviews of their similar product on amazon and that has a lot of the same issues. There are cheeper solutions, don't make the mistake of thinking you're paying for quality.

    Stopped Working for me!

    • Written by Adam B from Washington

I loved this charger up until recently when it stopped charging my phone! I am now getting the error that the accessory is not supported and it stops charging my phone completely. This is understandable as Apple wants to keep people from using fake chargers, but I bought this one at the apple store! And it says the charger is only at apple! Super upset. Please fix ASAP!!

Too expensive to break this easily.

    • Written by Jess R from Los Angeles

I’ve been using this charging station for a few months. For Father’s Day, I bought one for my husband. The connector to charge the iPhone bent upon his first week using it. I scolded him for being too heavy handed, but I was able to exchange it. He swore to me he didn’t do anything out of the ordinary. Fast forward to 5 minutes ago, I pulled my charger out of my suitcase where it was gingerly wrapped and not placed with anything heavy. The bag sat in my car truck until now, so no airplane handling, etc. My iPhone connector piece is completely bent 90°. I know there’s no way for you to know this about me, internet, but I take meticulous care of my things. I’m beyond disappointed in the quality of this product for the price they are charging for it. We had the same problem happen twice in one month with two different docks. Too late to return, so I have to eat the cost I guess.

Great looking dock but not very usable

    • Written by David R from Auckland

Looks great on the product page but its not very practical as you can't easily put your phone on to charge as this requires that you line up the dock connector with the phone port, when the lights are out this becomes really difficult.Every now and then the watch will slip off its magnetic charge pad just a few millimeters causing it to stop charging.Im waiting for something better as this was a disappointing buy and im sure something better will come along.

How could something so expensive stop working after two days?

    • Written by Hayri A from Lindenhurst

I received this charging dock as a gift from my significant other. Two days and it started acting up. It would stop charging and begin charging again after a few seconds, sort of like what you would see with their cables they offer. She paid 150 after taxes. How? This is a disgrace, how does such a big company as Apple and Belkin sell faulty things like this. I mean after a few years it stops working alright. However, two days? Surely they can do better. Returning this product tomorrow. I am highly dissatisfied with this product and do not recommend it top anyone.

Got the one in silver...looks great and worked great for a few months but the charging port for the phone is dead. I can even see that one of the little brass/gold connectors that plugs into the phone has either burnt out or whatever. I've maybe had it 5-6 months. Very expensive product for you to only get a few months out of it.

High Hopes but beware of Integrated Devices

    • Written by Ric N from Annapolis

The idea is great to have an integrated stand for your watch and phone. I expected to put both devices on the stand and in the morning I would have a fully charged phone and watch. It works great for the watch but the phone wouldn't keep charged. It was hard to get the lightning connection to start charging and then it would stop during the middle of the night. I tried dialing the connector up and down to get the best contact inside the phone but that didn't help, or I would get it charging and then try to dial the phone down to make a secure position for the phone, but that wouldn't work. It's possible that it was still charging in the morning but it charges at such a slow rate while the watch is connected that the phone consumes more battery than it is charged, such that it will have less battery than what you started with by morning. Last night I set the phone in and had it charging with over 80% charge. By morning it was 37%. One night, I was woken up by the phone warning, telling me it was at 20%. I couldn't get back to sleep at 2:00 am for fear the phone would die and I wouldn't wake up on time to go to work at 4:30! I'm returning the stand and just getting a watch charging base and keeping the two chargers separate. This is another example of two devices integrated together and you have to return it because one of the devices is defective.
