    Good quality but bad connectivity

    The quality of the product is amazing! I love the quiet control, it is super useful in common transportation but also to study at the university around loud students... However it is super annoying not to be able to connect them with the computer, they should seriously do something about it !

    Great until they break (4 months till they fell apart)

    Initially, I was totally stoked with these headphones. However, within a few weeks, the rubber cover began to peel off and the on/off button became harder and harder to depress. As of today, they are completely non-functional. They also have a tendency to lose connection with my iPhone if I put the phone in my back pocket. Very comfortable and great sound/sound cancelling. But for the price, I was hoping for them to last a little longer than something I could have bought from Smiggles. Basically, you have a great product with severe quality problems. I have tried just about every brand available when it comes to sound cancelling headphones and these are the best in terms of comfort and performance. I am a heavy user but expected them to last more than 4 months. Bose, please release a more robust version of these headphones

    Apple Watch 2 Sync Problem

    I can't seem to pair my Apple watch with these headphones. The watch sees them but it keeps saying pairing failed. I was able to pair them to my phone without a problem but this is frustrating. I tried unpairing the phone and disconnecting it from the phone entirely but nothing helped.

    The earphones themselves are great, sound and quality.
