    Amazing Headphones

    • Written by Amine E from Ann Arbor

So my brother purchased the studio 3’s so i gave those a try I decided to purchase the beats pros having high expectations from them and the fact that i liked the sound quality from the studio 3’s and was expecting more from the pro’s let me tell you they are some of the best headphones i have listened to having them compared to my brothers studio 3’s and honestly there is a big difference in sound quality the bass is much better on the pros and the clarity of the music is very good honestly at certain points the music is so clear and you hear every note that the music becomes overwhelming while listening to some of my rap songs I discovered new notes that I never heard while listening to my music with other headphones I would recommend them if you are hesitating on purchasing these headphones don't be they are worth the money and I also read a lot of reviews saying that they are uncomfortable and they are too heavy that is not true they are comfortable also they are not too heavy at all when the headphones arrived at my house my father and my sister wanted to try them out after trying them they both wanted a pair now if that doesn't tell you how good these headphones are I don't know what will so there will be three beats pros in one household that's how good these headphones are

    Excellent with equalizer

    • Written by Kenneth W from Braintree

Sound is really clear and crisp, definitely the best sounding headphones from Beats even compared to the Studio 3s. However, definitely use an equalizer. The bass is really booming and personally, it is a tad bit too much bass for me to enjoy my music. I use the equalizer on my laptop to lower the bass and balance it a lot more. Just by lowering the bass a little, this sounds a lot more enjoyable to listen to! Crystal clear, and music separation is amazing. The bass really booms and you actually feel in the chest, it's an interesting sensation compared to usual headphones.
Overall, excellent headphones, but not worth $400 (I'm thinking around $280 or less). The clamping force is also really strong on this so you might experience some pain after a while.
I have the 2014 infinite black version. I heard the 2018+ editions have more balanced sound than the previous ones but I never tried. You can tell if it is the 2018 edition if it has the updated white box and carrying case.

    Bad quality

    • Written by JAWAN S from CROWN POINT

Sure hate to leave this review but I would have appreciated if I read a review like this before purchasing. I have the solo 3, and they are good sounding headphones, but the cushions on these are consisted when it comes to coming off the glued area showing the foam underneath. I’ve had them replaced once then twice from the same flawed quality issue. Now Apple is telling me they can’t replace them unless it happens a third time. So in order for this to happen I have to pay for there flaw in product in order to get a replacement down the line if it happens a third time again. Apple dosn’t truly back there products if they are flawed. Coming from an Apple fan.

    Still not great

    • Written by Joseph D from Hoboken

I got these a few months ago. Wasn't impressed, but it was after the 14 day return period. They are marginally better than the cheaper ones and not headphones for a true audiophile. Not sure why I got these.

Overall build quality good but leather quality is poor

    • Written by Trystan G

I have had my Beats Pros for a couple of years and the sound, metal / structural quality is great although I can agree on some comments of discomfort after periods of time. Unfortunately, the leather material is deteriorating over the ears and top of the head area. Considering these stay on my desk most of the time except for long haul travel, it is very disappointing and shows a poor quality choice of material. The option to repair them costs £206 which is not great if this happens every couple of years. I expected more longevity from an Apple product.

Great headphones (Exception poor carry bag)

    • Written by Kenneth A

Great audio from very solid Beats Pro 2016 headphones. I can only wear them for an hour before my ear’s, pressed by rubber cups, hurt me a bit. I am 86 years old. Some of my 2016 Beats Pro carry case cover is now disintegrating into black powder, of the fake velvet black cover. Not good particles for earphone entry.

    Very uncomfortable headphones

    • Written by Harold V from Bend

I loved the ease of set-up for these headphones, which is so simple compared to the Bose. My issue with the Beats Pro Over-Ear Headphones is that is fits to tight of the ears. I have to stop using after 20 minutes. The build quality of the Beats is not even close to my old Bose, one of the ear pads is not smooth fitting.

    Solid all round headphones

    • Written by callum R from WOOLWICH

    These are solid headphones.
From the build to a balanced bass boosted sound which suit most genres and the portability of swivel cups and travel case, the inflation of the cost of headphones is here so I would say the price is fair for what your getting I only improvement I would add is aptx Bluetooth for the wireless people among us

    Powerbeats3 Battery Failire

    • Written by Vinaya S

To whom it may concern: I am writing his feedback about my Powerbeats3. I have had zero issues nor complaints (until now) and have faithfully used them for over 2years now. Recently they stopped charging and stopped working completely. After researching online for forums and troubleshooting steps as well as working with Apple Support it was deemed that they needed to be serviced @ a service fee of $99 + shipping! My issue is that this is essentially the cost of purchasing a new pair of earbuds and essentially the cost I paid for them vs fixing the issue ie replacing the battery simply because my 1yr warranty is up. This is rather unacceptable to be honest as I'm being charged for an issue that is product malfunction vs end user induced/error. I'm sure I'm not the first nor last to express their issues or concerns with this however I did let my support assist know I would be providing feedback. If there is anything that can be done please keep me posted. Thanks!

    Overrated and Overpriced

    • Written by Shaquan T from Stockbridge

As someone who works with manipulating audio and has used multiple headphones I find that sound quality does not match the price at all. The stereo quality is very underwhelming when compared to other headphones that are cheaper. With other headphones, music has a fullness and clarity ,especially in the track panorama, that Beats Pro does not offer. Even the low end sound quality that the advertisments boast about is not on par with some cheaper headphones.

Foam Covering peels and chips away from headpiece

    • Written by Martin N L from Palm Bay

I like listening to my Wireless headphones and they are comfortable to wear. They Easily pair to my iPhone, ipad, or computer. I have had two pair of headphones so far and in both cases the plastic coating that covers the foam that touches your ears, chips, comes loose, and peels away from the headpiece. That is my only concern with the headphones. I wish there was an easy way to protect the headphone foam and its cover. I look forward to constructive suggestions for protecting the plastic that touches your ears.
