    Came with iPhone 7, stopped working

    I am not very happy that first of all I need a special earphone to go with iPhone and also they break so easy. These things put me off from getting any Apple product. Came on site to buy new ones but discouraged from all the negative reviews. May be I will change the phone and switch to android.

    I either want a refund or a new pair because I’ve treated this pair of earphones the best i possibly could and the right ear stopped working after only having it for three months after buying the iPhone 8 Plus for Christmas. Furious.

    Literally break so easily I have to get a new pair so often and it’s annoying. Yes they have good sound but such bad quality like you’d think being a multi billion dollar company they’d be able to produce long lasting earphones...

    WELL I GOT A NEW PAIR IN JANUARY 2019 AND THEY BROKE IN APRIL 2019 AND NOTHING EVEN HAPPENED SO I JUST HAD PUT THEM IN MY POCKET FOR A FEW MINUTES AND I TAKE THEM OUT AND PLUG THEM IN AND THE RIGHT SIDE EARBUD HAS NO SOUND I TRIED EVERYTHING TO FIX IT AND NOTHING WORKED. THE NEXT PHONE I PURCHASE WILL NOW BE GOOGLE PIXEL BETWEEN THE HORRIBLE STORAGE ON APPLE PHONES AND THEIR OVER PRICED CHEAP Products APPLE WILL NEVER HAVE ANY OF MY Business AGAIN

    If you live in a place that's NOT Los Angeles, like Santa Cruz for example, you might as well not listen to music through earpods ever again. Nothing connects. Seriously. Nothing. I have gotten more stressed out trying to listen to music when music is supposed to be something that relaxes you. At this point I want to hang myself with these lightning earpods JUST so that I can get an actual use out of them. Because they are BRAND NEW. And I've only used them 3 times over the course of 2 weeks because it never connects.

    Terrible, needs constant replacing

    For the cost, it's absurd how often they need to be replaced. After just 3 or so months, they tangle really easily (the texture of the cords seems to change in this time from sleek to a weird restrictive rubber feeling) and they malfunction by stopping and starting my music out of no where, turning on siri when i didn't ask for it, and the button on the right malfunctioning even though I only use these while walking around campus/studying.

    Super disappointed.

    These headphones are trash. Bought a pair not even a month ago and they already stopped working. This isn’t the first time it’s happened with this product. You’re better off buying a different set of headphones, I would not recommend these at all. Don’t waste your money bc these don’t last long and the quality could be better. Wasted 30$ for nothing. Thanks for nothing Apple...

    EarPods are Garbage

    Outside of the sound which isn't great (but I don't have high expectations for on earbuds that come with my phone), these EarPods are uncomfortable and don't stay in your ears even when holding your head still. If you're looking at purchasing these separately, then you've likely lost or damaged the ones that came with your iPhone. Do yourself a favor and buy the headphone to lightning jack converter and get a different, non-Apple set of earbuds or get wireless headphones and don't waste your money on these.

    They all malfunction

    Un-usable within the first couple months..short life. They start messing with my music... pausing, fast forwarding, skipping songs, etc. it’s very annoying and I hate buying new headphones all the time. They should last way longer for the price. Apple is scamming y’all... and me.

    Love but not so stable.

    Love this earphone so much , but I have to rate it with 1 star cuz it keeps not working one-side of the earphone after a short-time using it. Also, it twisted together easily after a month. Keep buying it many time and tired with this unstable earphone.

    Apple company read this it’s worth it

    Apple, these earphones are so bad, every 3 months I have to get a new pair because they are so bad. Same with the old one that you still sell. These are not worth the £29 you have to pay to buy them they are worth about £3. You make millions of pounds each year let alone probably each month so maybe if you feeling generous you give me a free pair because I’ve had enough with these earphones. Everyone I know complains about how easily they break. Yet You continuously choose to sell them you haven’t even tried to adapt them to make them work you pathetic tec company. Actually do something productive with your time there instead of trying every year to produce a different iPhone which just ends up basically being the same as the last one. I want to listen to music on my phone but yet again I can’t do that because your earphones stopped working again, and you know what you should be happy because I use Apple Music but after this it’s the final straw and I think it’s time to move to Spotify as they are clearly the better option.

    Very Disappointed- Stopped Working

    I've been a loyal Apple customer since the OG iPod was released in 2001. The quality of the EarPods is frustrating. I love the sound and functionality of this product. However, my latest pair of EarPods lasted only eight (8) months before the left EarPod just stopped working altogether. Reading other reviews, this appears to be a very common issue. APPLE, please get it together and improve the quality of the EarPods. Totally unacceptable.

    This is the third pair of head phones I’ve received in a year and they all continue to have the same issues! The button on the right side of the headphones act faulty and continue to hang up on calls, stop and play music randomly, and makes Siri pop up without me pressing the button at all! I am tired of buying the same headphones for them to malfunction in 4 months. Don’t buy them people.

    Not working

    Was happy to start with as quality sound and comfort. Light use of earphones and after 3 months the right ear piece is no longer working. This also happened to my last pair which had the pin adapter. Simply not good enough

    Don't Buy. Not worth it.

    My earbuds came with my new iPhone 8, bought 4 months ago from Verizon, took incredible care of the earbuds, and now I am four months since first using them and the entire right earbud has stopped working.

    I wouldn't buy another pair of them, especially for the, already ridiculous price point, $30.

    Don't bother.

    Always Break

    I have had 4 pairs of the earpods and 1 pair of the air pods. They all have broken the same way. The main speaker always stops working and I can't hear the music unless I put the side speaker up to my ear. I went to the Apple store in Kansas City on the plaza. I was not helped at all. He said he has never heard of this issue and offered that I set up an appointment to fix them which would cost me $70 to fix the airpods. $70 PER airpod. I went to the same store about 6 months prior to ask for help with a broken screen and they were going to charge me way more than if I just gave it to sprint to fix. I have been a loyal apple customer for about 7 years and the service and poor quality I have experienced is terrible.
