    Second Pair

    • Written by Lilly B from Auckland

Absolutely loved them and wore them all the time especially when working out or moving around the house lots, because the cord doesn't get in the way. The only downside is that I have to buy a second pair because I just lost mine and although you can track them, as soon as someone else connects to them or they run out of battery you're screwed. I also found that they sometimes took a while to connect.

    The best thing EVER!

    • Written by Kei U from Oxenford

I am always hesitant to buy earphones without trying them on first... so I’ve opted for wireless headphones in the past. However I needed something more subtle for work, and decided to take a plunge and buy airpods. I never felt comfortable with earphones with knobs that sits inside your ears, or the ones that hooks around the ears never felt secure. But these airpods stay in my ears and are super comfortable. I even wear them at the gym and I am able to do burpees and tuck jumps. (Although I do have a friend who said she can’t do burpees w them). I love airpods so much, when I lost them whilst travelling, I bought new ones the next day. Love them!!

    Stopped connecting after 4 months

    • Written by Paige P from Orange

I've never written a review for an Apple product before. Never needed to, however, the airpods I purchased stopped working after 4 months of use. The left airpod won't connect or sync and I constantly have to keep reconnecting only for it to not work or work for a few days then stop again. I've never got them wet or dropped them. They simply just stopped working. Really disappointed.

    I Love AirPods

    • Written by Carter B from Parker

AirPods are the best headphones I’ve purchased! They are very light and small making then easy to transport in my pocket. There also connect very fast to my iPhone. I highly recommend AirPods to everyone! They even work with a non Apple device just the same with an Apple device.

    The best wireless headphones

    • Written by Kian L from Congleton

I normally buy lots of beats headphones, but I decided to try AirPods. I was amazed, they are light, sound great and not so expensive either. Don’t give it a second thought, just buy some!

    Not worth what they cost

    • Written by Tess G from Westchester

Pretty convenient for all activities/needs HOWEVER mine have a sensing issue, and have pairing issues. I love them when they work — but for what they cost I’m rather disappointed for how little they work at 100% level they should.

    Airpods

    • Written by Nina P from Auburn

I usually never leave reviews but apple AirPods are so low quality for how expensive they are. The sound is decent but one side always randomly stops working and you have to put them back in the case and restart them all the time. I don’t want to always have to carry around my charging case because they cant work properly without having to be reset.

Through the washer and dryer and still working great

    • Written by Timothy J from Prescott

I have loved my AirPods for what they are: wireless, good (not audiophile) sound, very portable, good battery life, usable with all my Apple devices. Tonight, I accidentally had them in the pocket of my cargo shorts when those went through the washer and dryer - in their case, of course. To my absolute amazement, they came out functioning perfectly and sounding just fine. For me, that seals the deal - these are a GREAT product.

    Disappointed

    • Written by Medina D from San Jose

I do use these primarily with my Android phone (samsung galaxy s9+) and the reason is, I just really love the sound airpods/ the old wired earphones produce. I've been an avid fan for years. I bought the airpods 1 but sadly lost them and thought it would be a good idea to buy these airpods 2... When there's no one around the connection seems great but as I walk though san francisco the connection falters and the quality diminishes. Sometimes I need to disconnect and reconnect to get a good connection going. They also do not do well while my phone is in my pockets, whether its in my jeans, leggings, or jacket pocket... All of this stuff is extremely disappointing. I dont have any plans of getting an iPhone, its just not for me, but i'm really disappointed these don't work that well paired with my phone which has amazing bluetooth capabilities. The Airpod 1s didnt have as many connection issues :(... I would return but i'm past the 14 days..,

    really disappointed.

    Bad Investment

    • Written by Anthony P from Las Vegas

I am a big fan of Apple products in general, I don't tend to write any review good or bad but this one was needed. If you are planning on buying a set of these EarPods there are few thing you need to consider before you do, I will say they do work incredible if you can avoid what is pointed out below!

With-in 1 month me and my wife who bought a pair at the same time both experienced the down side of owning a pair. 1st these are very easy to loose one, they fall out way to easy. If you have these in your ears without music or some kind of interaction just on standby is when this happens and this will happen for sure at some point.

If you're lucky enough and this happens within the environment of your business or home, chances are you will find it eventually, but really not so easy! If you're out and about doing what ever and you are on stand by and loose one you will not in most cases find it even after back tracking. Both me and my wife had this happen.

I ended up buying 2 more sets, the same thing happened again with my wife, Me on the other hand got caught in the rain during a hike in a mountain region with it being in my ear and one of the AirPods shorted out and now has a crackle noise. The problem I have with this situation is we are custom to not having a battery in our ears were this can happen based on what has been available in the past with the wire were you wouldn't have this problem. Needless to say I'm $800 into this with no recourse.

    Right airpod stopped working

    • Written by Joeury R from keasbey

I just wanted to leave this negative review because i legit thought that these headphones were gonna be a good investment for me. I thought that i could use it out on runs and for the gym until suddenly my right air pod stopped working. I have called apple to solve the issue but it takes forever to get into contact with them. I looked up remedies to try and restore my air pod but none seem to work. Honestly i would not recommend these headphones to people who are super active. Apple just wasted my time and money, so thank you for the temporary satisfaction that lasted maybe 2-3 months.

The Best Wireless Headphones Out There!

    • Written by Nikola M from Tuckahoe

For my birthday, I decided to pick up a pair of AirPods with the charging case for $159.99. The price is pretty high so I financed them. First off I don't mind the design. The simplicity was amazing with these things (if you own an iPhone), and the sound quality was pretty good. They're certainly not going to like blow you away however. They sound a bit better than EarPods usually sound. The fit for me was very good. However, they weren't perfect. Please understand that these will NOT fit everyone the same way. They either fit you or they don't. My EarPods would barely fit me and would always fall out so I was quite surprised with the way they fitted in my ears pretty well. Overall, I really like the simplicity, and convenience I get with these AirPods. I can agree that the price is for sure a little high, but if you have the money for it and you want to know if it's worth it, I say go for it. After all, these do come with a 14 day return policy so go give them a try!

    Great Purchase

    • Written by Ben H from Limerick

I’ve heard some people say that the airpods are not the way they are advertised, or they fall out, or one ear isn’t working anymore. i don’t find the airpods to be like this in any way. in order to keep your airpods working you have to take care of them, if you don’t want them to fall out, don’t wear them while exercising or any activity that could cause the airpods to slip. if you have an iphone, chances are you still have the headphones with the wire, so tuck it under your shirt and if they fall out, enjoy the luxury of putting them right back in, and not losing them because there isn’t any wire like the airpods. there are also ways to clean your airpods so that you don’t lose hearing in one ear or the other, because 9/10 it’s your nasty earwax clogging the holes, simple fix, get a cotton swab, douse the cotton swab in water, but before you begin scrubbing away, make sure there’s not too much water, just make sure it’s damp enough to displace the visible earwax, dirt, or grime covering the big, oval shaped hole on the airpods.
the next step is to hold that hole close to a light source, as soon as you see the two circles underneath the large oval (the actual speakers inside the airpods) you’re good to go. i’ve tried this on airpods, and even the regular wire headphones that come with the iphones, and before i knew that trick trust me i thought they were broken too, but every time i cleaned them they were ready to go again. these are the best headphones you can buy, as long as you take care of them. enjoy your airpods.

    Advancing into what

    • Written by Robert C from East Orange

The Air Pods do not meet the standard of innovation to which its marketing campaign heralds it to be. Instead as I talk to someone in the same city, around the block even, the reception sounds as if its a foreign country connection. Is this what $159 buys these days? A local long-distance sounding call with two people talking as if translating foreign languages to each other. This device is only good for listening to your music. And who wants to spend $159 just for that. I'm sorry...Apple has to get back to providing technological innovation and sophistication that matches the products aesthetic presentation or else what's the point? I have had them for almost a month and will return tomorrow. Highly disappointed.

When I got them they were good at first but then people kept telling me they could hear my music even when the volume was at one bar. Also even when I tried to turn up the volume all the way I could barley hear. They are also impossible to find.

    • Written by Griffen K from Chesapeake

I've been through 4 rounds of AirPods due to connection and quality issues. I've had the first generation and also the second generation, both having to be replaced for various issues. On my first generation AirPods, one of the AirPods had muffled audio for some reason and one had to be replaced under warranty. On my second generation AirPods, one of the AirPods wouldn't connect to my phone after the battery was low and died, despite trying to forget and continuously charge the device. My local Apple Store ended up replacing the AirPod with the issue. Not even a month after getting my right AirPod replaced, my AirPods died due to low battery and then my left one wouldn't show up. AirPods are great and I'd recommend them to anyone, however I do not understand the issue I'm having as I've done nothing to damage either pair of AirPods.
