Has anyone had this problem? I only have sound with headphones . When I go to sound preferences only headphones appear, no internal speakers available. Thank you.

I just recently lost my Bluetooth headphones I had for my phone, because of this I tried to use my wired headphones and the phone won't detect them. The headphones work for all my other apple products but not my phone. It still changes fine but every time I try to use the headphones the audio plays out loud. It's doing this for other headphones as well.
My S0 running OS4 successfully pairs to my BT headphones , but when I attempt to play music through he music app, it keeps asking me to choose where to play music. But every time I select the headphones , the watch says it cannot connect. I've tried several different BT headphones . I've reset and set up the watch as a new one. Issue continues to happen. Apple Watch series 2 with latest update. Trying to connect Bluetooth headphones to watch but it just won’t find any devices. I know the headphones work as I can find them on my iPhone. I make sure I turn iPhone Bluetooth off before trying with Apple Watch. Have tried restarting watch and having headphones sitting right next to watch but nothing. Every time I plug in my headphones to listen to my music, they work ok for about a minute or two and then the volume will decrease for no reason at all on the phone. I turn it back up and watch it go back down without touching anything. I can't use my headphones to listen to my music, it won't stay turned up. Anyone else have this issue?
