      Random keys not working after a week

      I've had the keyboard / case for a week and it was amazing right out of the box. However, I tried to use it today and there are about 10 keys in random places o I've had the keyboard / case for a week and it was amazing right out of the box. However, I tried to use it today and there are about 10 keys in random places on the keyboard that don't work at all. I'm really upset because it was one of the best solutions I've seen while it worked. I highly recommend that you search online for this issue before you buy. I found half a dozen threads on Logitech's forums about others with the same problem. Unfortunately, re-pairing is impossible in this case because several numbers do not work.

      Totally failed product / highly distressing matter

      This product was launch despite the fact its not working. 3th retour so far, keys & pairing randomly stop working after 2 weeks in use / its a general problem w This product was launch despite the fact its not working. 3th retour so far, keys & pairing randomly stop working after 2 weeks in use / its a general problem with this model. The matter is dispoinnting as we use this case at work in our company for our technical team. It seems to me testing wasn´t don´t properly on this product. Pretty embarrasing! My advice - Fire the product manager at logitech & purchase manager at Apple including supervisors!

      If you want a case that damages your iPad

      I bought this case 3 weeks ago & all was fine keyboard worked great plus offered good protection while carrying around. The biggest downside to this case is tha I bought this case 3 weeks ago & all was fine keyboard worked great plus offered good protection while carrying around. The biggest downside to this case is that the magnetic strip that attaches the keyboard to the iPad has put deep scratches on the side of my iPad. I have now returned this in exchange for the other Logitech case with keyboard. Stay well clear or you will damage your device.

      Loved it.... until keys stopped working

      I thought this product was the *key* (pun intended) to getting the most out of my iPad, which I primarily use for work and graduate school. I love the easy stor I thought this product was the *key* (pun intended) to getting the most out of my iPad, which I primarily use for work and graduate school. I love the easy storage for the Apple Pencil, the maneuverability of the stand, and the fact that the keyboard is bluetooth enabled meant I could type with it attached or detached from the iPad case (very ergonomically helpful). However, after ~6 weeks of use, random keys stopped working (specifically the A, F, C, space bar, 1, 5, 8, 9 keys). At first, I thought it was the keyboard needing to be charged, but even after getting all charged up, they still don't work, rendering the keyboard essentially useless. I had hoped that maybe this was a fluke, but upon seeing similar customer reviews both here on the Apple Store and on the Logitech website, I'm starting to worry that it's more of a feature than a bug.

It truly feels like a quality product. But, none of that matters when the keyboard fails after a couple weeks of occasional use.

      Keys will not work. I have contacted the company and they sent me a replacement and a week later it stopped working again. DO NOT recommend! Do NOT buy! I wish Keys will not work.
