How does this cable interact with HDMI CEC? Will it play nice with a HDMI CEC compatible receiver?
At the moment I have a cheaper Thunderbolt / Mini DisplayPort to HDMI cable and as soon as I plug it into my receiver it completely messes up all the HDMI CEC control setup. I specifically want to eliminate this problem.

I have an iMac 27" Late 2013, and a Yamaha RX-V679 receiver.
