    Terrible product DO NOT BUY

    Bought this product back in May (5 months ago) from Apple, it seemed good at first, loud, good sound and AirPlay 2...
    Then the issues started, firstly AirPlay cuts out every so often, but its a known issue, just needs a firmware update. Seems a simple enough fix? Nope, everytime I attempt a firmware update it either fails or the app (which is used to download and install the firmware update) crashes, so I've not been able to install the necessary firmware update
    Also after just 5 months, the battery is now non-functional, meaning it has to be plugged into the mains at all times - which is pointless as I bought it to be portable in order to use it in different areas of the house
    I've been told by Apple support to contact the manufacturer, but there isn't a visible way of contacting the manufacturer, the only phone number I can find is a foreign one which would cost me a small fortune to call - to anybody looking to buy this product, I would highly recommend that you avoid!!!
