Finally a standing one charging either in vertical or landscape.

    • Written by Svenne K from Kronshagen

Now for the first time after the introduction of wireless charging, I bought one.

This design is perfect, but I would like to have it a bit narrower for my iPhone XS, just aesthetics.

Great, except doesn't fit iPhone XS perfectly

    • Written by Peter V from Mississauga

I love everything about it except that the back is 1-2mm too tall. When placing an iPhone XS on it without a case the camera bump prevents it from sitting flush. This doesn't appear to affect its ability to charge, but for something designed in partnership with Apple it's an annoying detail that inexplicably was missed. So not quite as thoughtful as I would expect.

iPhone XS Max with case charges Horizontal only!

    • Written by Ana S from Brookfield

The charger works as expected. However, an iPhone XS Max, a lifeproof or otter box case, will only charge when the iPhone is mounted horizontally. The phone does not fit in the upright position and will not charge with a lifeproof slam or otter box traction case installed on the phone. Traded the charger for my husbands Samsung wireless charger - he has an iPhone X and otter box symmetry case and can charge in any position.

    Exceeded my expectations

While this charger is pricier than many others, for me it was the only charger that looked, operated and felt like an Apple product. It's very well built, and looks great on my bedside table. I'm very sensitive to light and sound so I was very happy when I found out It's dead silent. Also, the tiny LED lamp on the top, behind the iPhone when it's placed on the charger, is very dim so it doesn't both me at all at night. It does stay on as long as the phone is placed on the charger, whether it's charging or when charge is complete. I found the light to be useful in that, while very dim it provides just enough illumination to know where the phone is, so you're not fumbling to reach for it in the dark. Finally, wireless charging worked great with both our XR and XS with cases on them (Spigen Liquid Air Armor and Ringke Onyx case).
I took one star off because the cable cannot be detached from the base, so if you ever have issues with the cable you'll be replacing the entire thing. It would have been nice to have a detachable cable on both ends for that reason. Also the power adapter is quite large and the plug-in location makes it somewhat awkward if you have other cables plugged in on the same power outlet.
But all in all, I highly recommend this.

Nice looks and functionality. Cannot use thick case

    • Written by Francis A from Plainview

Has proprietary power supply and cable. Used successfully with iPhone Xs and Xs Max with Apple leather case and Incipio Reprieve Sport cases respectively. Cannot fit thick cases like Lifeproof NEXT case. Charging performance as expected of wireless charger.

    Desktop Charger

    • Written by andrew J from Attleborough

Had this for a few days now and thought time for a review.
Design could be better as I think it has been made to accommodate an iPhone back cover.
Why? Because if you sit your naked iPhone xs in the cradle the back of the camera on the phone doesn’t allow it to sit completely flat when lying back.
There should be a notch in the back of the cradle to accommodate this or reduce the height of the charger slightly.
I like highly designed items so this minor flaw annoyed me, especially considering Logitech have worked exclusively with Apple this seems like a laughable oversight in the design.
    However, it is minor.
Charged from 53% to 59% in 10 mins with no load on the phone other than switched on (connected to home WiFi and calls enabled).
So 6% in 10 mins estimates a full charge from flat to full capacity in around 170 mins at that rate...

We are both liking this a lot!

    • Written by James S from Bristol

I’m giving this 4 Stars only because we’ve only just bought it.
I must say that we love it!
One of us has an Xr with a clear Otter case and it charges without issue through this case for us.
The cable is coiled and not straight which works for us as it keeps it tidier and there’s a cable tie to ensure extra tidiness.
I fail to see what more we could want from it. Love it so far!

If you devices use Otterbox case, you can only charge your phone horizontally. The bottom of the case is too thick to allow the charger to fit the charging point.

    Convenient and Simple

    • Written by Joshua T from Kaysville

I bought this stand to use with my iPhone XS Max and so far it works very well. I can charge it with my case on (I use an Apple silicone case) and the battery fills up quick. There's a little more space in the cradle to accommodate slightly thicker cases and an opening in the bottom keeps your speakers unobstructed for hands-free use. The only thing that worries me is that because the plastic is so light the stand can get knocked over if you're a bit heavy handed setting your phone into it.

It's worth noting that Logitech's product page states that metal cases and cases with magnets do not work with the stand. The box itself only guarantees Apple's cases will work. I made an inquiry to Logitech's customer service about attaching a magnet (for the Adonit Snap 2 stylus) to the back of the case and they replied that while it may work with some magnets, they will shorten the life of stand.

Overall, Powered is a great product and I would recommend it to those looking for a wireless charging stand. Just be mindful of the materials your case is made out of.

Works as long as nothing is on your case

Works just fine with an X Max with an apple case. I was hoping it would work with my Pop Socket on, but it doesn't. Now I have to decide which is more important.

    Nice charger

    • Written by Ralph A F from Poughkeepsie

It’s kind of strange my otter box symtery from apple wont charge if the phone is straight up but will charge if it on it side !!
Kind of bummed that I have to take it out of the case for it to charge straight up.
