    Keeps crashing Ipad Pro 11"

    • Written by Asani S from New York

Whenever I use the sleep/wake button on the slim folio, the Ipad crashes. Has anyone else had this problem?

    Delivered beyond expectations

    • Written by Jessica L from Singapore

This keyboard is a must-get for any iPad Pro user. It delivered on its promises of being an intuitive and efficient keyboard for a powerful tablet such as the iPad Pro. I have been a user of the Smart Keyboard on previous generations of iPad Pro and understands the short-comings of it very well. I was skeptical at first on how good this Logitech Slim Folio Pro Case & Keyboard promises to be but it actually delivered above and beyond my expectations. Fully compatible, super easy to use, tough and sturdy case, essentially everything I dreamt of having. It may sound too good to be true but you have to try it for yourself. It is an amazing keyboard, you will not regret purchasing this gem for your beloved iPad Pro.

    Absolutely love this product!

    • Written by Nathan B from manchester

This is the Best Buy for the new iPad Pro. The keyboard is very satisfying and responsive! The case gives full protection for the iPad unlike the apple Smart Keyboard. 3 month battery life is unbelievable. And there is a magnet to double protect the Apple Pencil when being wrapped up.

    Excellent case Fantastic Keyboard

    • Written by Randy W from Camperdown

I have had a number of iPads and matching Logitech cases. Every one bar 1 has been great and this is a superb case. Logitech is the benchmark for good keyboards on iPads. Had the Smart Keyboard and it was OK... well integrated but the key spacing and the feel was off. I also use a Logitech K780 for my iMac and love it. My previous iPad Pro 10.5 had the Slim keyboard and case from Logitech and for me, that case was rubbish but the keyboard was great. That was the one big FAIL for Logitech.

For the new 11" this case is one where Logitech has redeemed themselves big time... Love the case (again!) and as always, they maintain for me, the benchmark for iPad keyboards.... the spacing, touch and backlight make this a great case and highly recommended.

Great Keyboard for Typing and Writing

    • Written by Glenn W from Conyers

Coming from an iPad Air 2 with a Logitech Slim Folio for that table, I expected the same or similar performance and the keyboard does not disappoint. Keyboard has great travel and feel with great response. There is only one position (as opposed to two on the Apple Smart Keyboard Folio) and it uses Bluetooth to connect which is not an issue. Very pleased with Logitech Keyboards for the iPad!

    Best choice so far

    • Written by Althea B from Seattle

I’ve had the iPad Pro 11” since December 2018, and the lack of keyboards available made me regret the upgrade. I’ve owned an iPad since the first model, and I’ve used Logitech keyboards since they started making them. The quality is unmatched. The keys are responsive, the bluetooth connects flawlessly, and the stability of the case is excellent—you can easily type on this while it’s on your lap while riding public transportation. Apple’s own case was simply not enough protection, and their keys just don’t feel quite right. Logitech’s moved the “lock” key so you no longer accidentally hit it by accident, and the keyboard key has also moved. It’s thicker than previous versions, largely due to needing to use a battery again since Apple made the poor design decision to put the direct connect on the back of the iPad. It’s also a bit heavy. The keyboard easily folds under the iPad to make it usable for artists and readers. Highly recommend—it makes the iPad a much more usable device for almost any need.

Best keyboard for your iPad Pro

    • Written by Daniel R from Euless

The quality is great and it looks very nice. The feeling of the keys is almost identical to the keyboard you'd find on a laptop. It is heavier and thicker than the Apple keyboard. However, it offers a better protection for the iPad. The Logitech keyboard is backlit, which is great to type in a dark room, and adds several keys, such as Home, Search, Pause/Play, Mute or Volume Up/Down, etc.

The only point against this keyboard is that it makes the iPad heavier and thicker. Besides that, this keyboard is better in every single aspect, it is even cheaper.

    Issue in Sketch Mode

    • Written by David L from Ocean Grove

With the screen flat in sketch mode, it can still register as connected that then blocks access to the onscreen keyboard. Issue reported with Logitech and they are looking into it, but how that makes it past QA is beyond me (found it first night using it). If resolved, then will rate it higher but that is majorly annoying as to how I currently use it.

Better option than iPad Smart Keyboard

    • Written by Lia B from Oakland

After reading the poor reviews for the iPad Smart Keyboard, I decided to try this one. Overall, it's nice and serves its purpose but I'm still on the lookout for something better.
    Pros:
    - backlit keyboard
    - does not touch iPad screen when closed (yay, no scratches!)
    - case has room & protection for pencil
    - offers back & side protection for iPad (like a full case)
    Cons:
    - bumpers/protection guards make it difficult to use the sleep/wake button on the iPad
    - requires charging
    - "traditional" raised keys (so be mindful of crumbs, spills, etc.)

Logitech Smart Folio Pro 11 Inch Review

    • Written by Matthew T from Coventry

I recently sold my Apple Smart Keyboard Folio in exchange for the Logitech Smart Folio Pro for my 11 inch iPad Pro.

Initial impressions are mixed, firstly the good points:
    * The keyboard is excellent, the response on key strokes is great, as is the feedback. It feels like using the Apple Magic keyboard for typing experience, even on the smaller 11 inch iPad.
    * Protection is excellent, I have no concerns over the iPad bending or being damaged by falling etc. This case truly will protect your iPad
    * Holder for Apple Pencil is a great addition. Having the security knowing your pencil will not fall off when your walking or throwing your iPad into your bag is nice to have.
    * Backlit keys is also a plus at nighttime, however I never found this a problem as the iPads screen illuminates the keyboard enough for me to use at night.

    Negative points:
    * The weight is huge compared to the Apple Smart Folio. It really surprised me how much weight this added to the iPad vs. The Smart Folio and will take some time to get used to. The 12.9 must be much worse and it is now heavier/ equal to my MacBook Pro.
    * Using the keyboard in ‘iPad mode’ with the keyboard folded back is pretty terrible. The keyboard wobbles around and is not secure like it is on the Smart Folio. I have since purchased a cheap folio case to use when I am just using the iPad for content consumption.

In all, it is a great keyboard, mainly aimed at those who type a lot, or use a lot for work on desks etc. If your main usage is content consumption/ web browsing or social media, then I would not recommend this case, but I am glad I swapped my Apple Smart Folio Pro for this.

    Amazing case, 100% recomnend it.

    • Written by Michael S from Sydney

This case is fantastic if you are someone who plans on using their iPad with a lot of typing as well as pencil/touch-input. The backlit keys, the higher travel on the keystrokes, the function row, the iOS shortcuts.. It's just a much better typing experience then Apple's own keyboard. That being said, its heavier, bulkier and not as pretty looking.. So if you don't type often (but you still need to type here and there) and you value portability/aesthetics then I'd recommend you stick with the Apple keyboard.

Considering its nearly $100 cheaper and the typing experience it provides - I'm super happy with it >:)

Smells like paint and was falling apart the second day

    • Written by Melgen M from White Settlement

So I was very excited to buy this keyboard since I have been trying to find one for my 11” pro! But the first downside that I noticed when I opened the package was that it smelt so bad like paint, I know it was the new rubber smell but yet the smell bothered me so much. Then the next day I tried to use my keyboard and it was already falling apart, the padded back was already ungluing, and the white glue was coming out. It was such a sad purchase.
