    Battery Miss-function

The ear buds worked great, but one day they randomly wouldn't turn on so I go to put them on the charger but no lights were coming on from the ear buds. I tried turning them on but nothing happened, so I searched it up and apparently there has been some manufacturing errors with the batteries, making them not work after a while of use. I used them for around two months and it would've been great to know that the manufactures messed up, I mean come on Apple put up a warning or something before someone buys your product. I would recommend if you can afford new ones every time the batteries break.

    Vehemently disappointed

ZERO BASS. Sounds like Alvin & the Chipmunks are singing all of my songs. What a waste of money. Buyer beware.

    iPhone X

I just bought the iPhone X 3 months ago, with the outterbox and glass screen protector. My keyboard is having issues, so I take it to the nearest Apple store. They proceeded to try and fix the issue but then come back to say there’s water damage! I’ve never spilt anything on my phone or had it in rain, their excuse is that it could be from sweat or steam. Now I just spent 1000 dollars for this phone for it to not work!

    Connection Problems

Brought it in to repair twice and both times the earpiece broke down within a month after use. They’re not durable AT ALL and alsays have an issue connecting/staying connected. Extremely frustrating user experience.

    Great in-ear Airpods alternative

I bought a pair of Beats X and felt the need to share my experience after seeing so many 1 star reviews posted. The beats X are a great pair of all-round headphones. After initially considering air pods, I settled for these instead as I wanted in-hear headphones that fit better, cancel out noise and provide inline volume controls. The sound quality is not sensational or audiophile-esq, but still very good for the price; better than airpods and approximately on par with sennheiser's corded cx. range. The in ear comfort is sensational- most comfortable in ear headphones I've used to date. If you're using with an apple product, the connection range and quality is very good with a consistent and quick ability to unpair and pair with different devices. You also get the ability to call up siri which is frequently useful. The W1 chip experience is good enough for me to say if you're an apple user, don't bother with headphones that don't have it. Microphone audio quality is also plenty good enough to have a phone conversation on a crowded bus. After a year of ownership my battery life has dropped to about 80% of original capacity but this is still long enough and well within normal battery degradation. If you want an in-ear, better sounding, more affordable version of airpods, get these!

    After 6 months daily usage

Been using mine for 6 months, twice during daily commutes, some 3 hours daily. About ~400 hours of listening time. I live in Hong kong, the earphone experienced extreme hot humid weather and cold seasons. I can tell you am extremely happy with its performance. It hasn’t failed me, not even once. Happy with the sound quality, the bass is punchy, highs and lows are balanced. Good for most types of audio. The device itself does not require much maintenance, i clean it once or twice monthly, it doesn’t collect dirt like some other brands. Durability wise, am very satisfied, i keep mine in my jeans pocket when am not using, it can take rough handling. Pairing with my mac iphone and ipad works on the fly, it uses i think, icloud to share the pairing information, which means you can just switch to it from audio sources without manually pairing it all over again.

    Poor build quality

Sound quality, fit, compatibility with iPhone is excellent. The hardware itself is prone to defect. Bought these in March and by April they did not work. With normal use, the volume rocker fell off.

    Poor experience

I have bought two pairs of Beats headphones and both times I’ve tried to get them replaced due to manufacture defect. Apple won’t replace it but charge $99 to fix it. That’s not realistic when you could buy a new pair. It’s unfair and when you try to go to the store they are booked out a week in advance. I would think Apple would care about its customers but that is not true.

    Connection problems again!!!

I use my ear buds everyday at work. I have had my Beats X ear buds for about a month now and 2-3 days a week I need to spend 10-15 minutes trying to get them to connect. I end up having to forget the device on my phone, power cycle my phone, reset the Beats X ear buds, then try to connect over and over again. This process is quite a problem and I will never buy another Beats product. I have used my LG brand ear buds for about 6 months and never had any connection problems. It is too bad as I had high hopes for the Beats X ear buds.

Don't waist your money or time!

    Beat's X Earphones

Theses are SO comfortable. And they're audio quality is out of this world. I highly recommend these. The whole 3rd series line of Beat's is AWESOME! The connection is fantastic . I can walk all over my house without the connection breaking. I've got the entire 3rd series line. And they are all GREAT!

    Good... For about 3 months

They sound great and connect amazingly fast to your phone however my pair only lasted about 3 months (I’m on my 3rd pair). For some reason after a while they will not turn on, and when they do turn on the are then unable to turn off. Overall a good product but take into mind that you may be buying another pair in the future.

    A bad one

My apple headphones lasted 4 days!! Barely used them. I dont understand how a billion dollar company cant even make a half decent pair of headphones. Im disgusted.

    Bad quality

These are the most and worst pair of headphones I ever own. They stopped working after 7 months, they won't turn off/on. Really bad quality. Will never buy any Beats product ever again. Also sound quality were just ok.

    Not good earphones

Got these free with an iPad Pro. I love many Apple products.

These are not good. Mine died after a few months. But there are other reasons they’re not a good product.

They’re NOT water or sweat resistant. Other sites have a lot of complaints of them dying from sweat. Maybe that’s why mine died. These should absolutely be water resistant. No excuse Apple.

Sound is mediocre. Base very heavy. Mids and Higs are nothing special. I replaced mine with something I got for maybe $30 on another website and the base is strong, and the mids and highs much better. And they’re sweat resistant too. There are tons of better options for so much less money.

    Pretty good!

Pretty good headphones! Good sound, good look. My only complaint is that after a while of wearing them my ears start to hurt, especially having cartilage piercings and wearing glasses.e

    Love these

This is the first pair of Beats I've ever bought and I am very happy with them. They are lightweight, comfortable and the sound quality is top notch. Highly recommended.

    Use Everyday without issue

I spend a lot of my day on the phone and these headphones have been awesome. Firstly I’m not a fan of Beats. I bought these due to the lightening charging (one less cable to carry when travelling) and it’s w1 chip for easy connectivity. I never expected much in terms of sound quality especially as I actually own custom IEMs for my real listening pleasure but I have been pleasantly surprised.

As mentioned I use these headphone daily. On the Subway and then in the office, I’ve owned the grey pair since release and they haven’t skipped a beat with Connectivity. Spotify, Netflix etc have been seemless. Siri helpful and call quality exceptional.

The sound quality is actually better than I expected (but my expectations weren’t high) as it’s very neutral which goes against previous Beats models. I’m disappointed with some of the materials used. for the price I expected a little less plastic in the construction of the units.

Overall though would buy again and have no issues recommended this product

Hi I have had my ear phones since I purchased my iPhone 7 Plus.
Never had issues. I never liked apple but love it now!
But I was walking with my Umbrella and water got into my ears and the earphones just blew. It can’t be safe. Just making you aware of this as I have never had this happen before and wanted to let you (whoever you are) know!
    Thank you
