      Lightning Fast Faults!

I still have at least 8 '30 pin' cables for iPods, iPhones & iPads, which have all lasted all this time, with not one fault. Since my partner and I bought eac I still have at least 8 '30 pin' cables for iPods, iPhones & iPads, which have all lasted all this time, with not one fault. Since my partner and I bought each other the iPhone 5 in January, we've had 3 faulty 'Lightning' cables each. Yes, Apple will replace them under the warranty, providing you return the faulty one! If not, they will relieve your credit card of £15.00 and leave you with yet another cable which will break within a month. This is clearly a very poor design and one which needs to be addressed by Apple immediately. Come on guys. Your quality control is going down the pan here!

      Seriously APPLE?! Fix the problem!

I have had my iPhone 5 since it came out and it works fine dispite use and abuse plus an otterbox... So i guess thanks Otterbox! But these cords are useless. Every one from apple has broken within months and all third-party chargers that stay together end up quiting and i get an "accessory not supported" message after using the stupid thing for weeks every single day with no issues. All i can figure is ur updates mess up the connection somehow. I would glad to pay more for a charger if it worked longer than a few months, even though I think $20 is too much for a flippin charger... I want quality over quantity and will pay for it if I have to.

      Tear up easy

They easily tear up. Don’t last long. I had my iPhone for a year and went through at least 6 chargers.

      Really?!?

I brought 2 cables from Apple within months they are damaged. How though? Because my wire is all in contact and my phone just doesn’t want to charge. Popping up I brought 2 cables from Apple within months they are damaged. How though? Because my wire is all in contact and my phone just doesn’t want to charge. Popping up with “this item may not be accessible.” And I know full well 100% it’s an apple charger and not some cheap scam. I brought it from an APPLE STORE. What is wrong with your chargers? Please fix them. The don’t last long so you might as well buy one from Poundland or something that lasts about the same but so much cheaper. Not worth your money.

Steve Jobs must be rolling over in his grave!

And you'd think with all the 1 star reviews you'd actually DO something about fixing the fault! I've been through FOUR of these already - ALL have died. That's 4 x £20 = **£80** for cables - cheaply made cables with extortionate price tags! I tried to get around this issue by investing in a sturdy and reliable Belkin cable but of course after the iOS updates it was rendered useless. So that's another £30 lost trying to run your stupid iPhone. If you're going to force customers to buy your cables by making them the only thing we can use, at least be sure they WORK! Total monopoly. Well done for pushing customers to Android for something so simple to get right.
