Like they completely turn off, and I’ll have to turn them back on and they’ll turn off for around 15 seconds again. At first, I thought it was something that had to do with the Bluetooth settings, but I tested it out and nothing was wrong with the Bluetooth settings, they just randomly keep turning off on its own. This has been happening for the past 2 months already and it’s getting annoying. I want to know how I could get them either fixed or if I could replace them with new ones.

I have had no problems with them and they are super easy to use, all you have to do is power them on next to your phone and you are connected. They have worked incredibly well and you barley feel the wire that rests on the back of your neck. Great product, I would recommend them over the Power Beats 3 because of the fact they have 4 different ear tips that will help you find the best fit.

Plus the battery li I bought my first pair of beatsX on Black Friday 2018. Out of the box, I loved them! They paired with my phone & with my AppleTV seamlessly. Plus the battery life; I'd take them to work and the charge on the battery would last all day. --- Now, the problem began a couple of months into owning & using the seat of beatsX headphone. Out of the blue, I'd press the button to turn on the headset... nothing. I replace them on the charger, the white LED indicator light would come on., but the set themselves would not. I believe I contacted Apple that night. Apple explained that their warranty only covered the software, not the hardware. For some reason I end up buying a second set of beatsX… (select, copy, paste - from my first set). I again contacted Apple, though this time they used me losing my receipt as the reason for not being able to help me. I now wonder if I am misinterpreting the reason for serial numbers.--- NEVER BUYING BEATS products in the future.

      Zero Stars if I could

WASTE OF MONEY! Stopped working all of a sudden and I cannot turn them on. I am able to see the power indicator light during charging but as soon as I unplug WASTE OF MONEY! Stopped working all of a sudden and I cannot turn them on. I am able to see the power indicator light during charging but as soon as I unplug the earphones from the power supply the lights do not turn on. I am unable to factory reset or connect them to my iPhone. I have the latest firmware and tried everything listed on the support pages to no avail. Per apple support, the only solution is to send the earphones in for repair with an out-of-warranty cost of $79.00 plus a $6.95 shipping which only includes a 90-day warranty. Maybe it's just me but why in the world would anyone go through the repair process/cost when they can spend a few more dollars for a new pair of the exact earphones, that come with a full year warranty?? TLDR: Get these if you can splurge $100 on a pair of disposable earphones.
