      Best headphones I ever used

Most of my life I was a professional musician. I'm very picky about sound quality. I try to use nothing but the best. I have Bose and AKG headphones, best ones they make, but when I switched to the iPhone X the Apple store had these on sale (wireless), so I bought them. Wow. They are awesome. Don't even look at anything else, just buy these. I absolutely love mine. Find myself listening to music a lot more now because of them.

The best features thus far is the ability to cancel noise surrounding me. Once I go to my Bluetooth setting and adjust to cancel the noise, everything around me disappears automatically. Where were these years ago when my mom was nagging me to clean my room....LOL!!. They are worth the expense.Get a pair today!!

      So disappointed I'm currently crying

If I I got these headphones as part of the student discount for free with the purchase of a laptop. I had the headphones for a month and treated them VERY well. If I wasn't using them they were always in the case. I accidentally dropped them WHILE THEY WERE IN THE CASE from about a foot high and noticed that one side of the earpiece was popping off. The plastic part would pop out to expose the inner parts and so I tried to just push it together assuming that was normal but it would continue to pop out every time I put the headphones on. I sent them in to get fixed and was told it would be $200 to get them fixed plus I would even have to pay shipping on top of it all. They are 350 dollars. You think these would last longer than a month before they FALL APART. I was chatting with advisors for an hour trying to figure out why in the world they cost that much to get it fixed before they sent me to do a phone call with their senior advisor who pretty much just told me it was my fault they broke (which listen I know me dropping them is my fault but in no way should 350 dollar headphones completely fall apart after dropping them one time you'd think they would at least last one year) and that I was essentially buying all-new headphones with the repair. MEANING they were pretty much so broken that I needed to get brand new ones just showing how durable they are. They lasted one month. $350 and they lasted one month. I'm just glad I guess that I didn't spend actual money to buy them because I sure would not. I get that people mistreat their items and then want brand new items for free but I treated my headphones and all my things very carefully. I managed to accidentally drop them in my house while they were in the case and now they are falling apart. I just find that ridiculous. My $30 Apple earbuds have lasted me years. If you are looking for nice headphones with good quality that ACTUALLY LASTS I would look ANYWHERE else but here.

      Plastic broke, surprise

Sounded great and had great battery life. Plastic enclosure pulled apart from being used occasionally after 3 months. I used these enough to charge them twice. Sounded great and had great battery life. Plastic enclosure pulled apart from being used occasionally after 3 months. I used these enough to charge them twice. Sent these in to Apple and they said I tampered with them or damaged them, $199 + tax to repair them. Limited warranty is very limited. They are the most flimsy headphones you can buy for $300+. I should have read more reviews. Save your money or pay extra for AppleCare because they will break and Apple won’t care. Wish they would have mentioned AppleCare for the beats when I bought them. They sounded great for those 3 months though.

      Good headphones

I listen to music a lot and would consider myself an audiophile. These headphones sound very good to me. Crisp and clear sound, good bass (not amazing but it’s I listen to music a lot and would consider myself an audiophile. These headphones sound very good to me. Crisp and clear sound, good bass (not amazing but it’s good), and they sound good with different genres of music. Build quality is okay, they look good but they do feel fragile. I have other headphones that are much more study and sound just as good but they’re not wireless and they’re not as stylish, which is why I bought these. I usually wear mine for hours at a time and sometimes they will make my ears a little sore because the inside of the ear cup presses again my ear slightly but they are comfy to wear overall, would like to see a little more padding to give my ears a little more space from the speaker. Charge time is great, you can go from dead to fully charged in about 60 minutes. Bluetooth range is good, I’ve never been disconnected or had audio loss, the farthest I’ve been from my phone while wearing these is probably 30ft or so. Noise cancellation is decent, not great. Even at my house I still hear noises in the background quite often, with noise cancellation on. At lower volumes, I can hear my fan through the music and my fan isn’t that loud. I would call it more like noise reduction than noise cancellation. Just something to keep in mind. Something else to note is, my right ear cup has developed a creak which can be heard when I’m wearing them so I’m sending them in to get fixed/replaced. With that being said, overall, I’m happy with these headphones.
