I have the US version. Can it be used in the United Kingdom 220volt using a 220 volt adapter?

It'll work with no issues. I'm using mine in Qatar 220v.

Update:The airport itself will work with the 220v as it has a duel voltage transformer , But the cord is only rated for 120 so if you can get a cord that has the same end to plug into the airport then it would work fine. However I doubt that the cord included is only rated for 120 they probably use the same wire for the uk with a different plug, so you could give it a try just make sure the cord and plug don't seem hotter than normal when on 220v.
