    Poor Build/Design Quality

Wife bought these as a present, the sound quality is almost perfect. BUT - the design of the USB socket is 3rd rate. There is no support for the female socket in the body of the earphones and it's simply soldered to a small board, It breaks off! Look it up.. Google - "Beats USB plug faulty" and check out the reguarly recurring theme. Appalling engineering design and now useless as Bluetooth headphones.

Fantastic headphones apart from the weight!

I have had these headphones for around three years at and find the sound and build quality excellent. The sound is nice and balanced for my tastes and I like the fact that there is no sound altering features in these headphones. My only problem is the weight of them on your head. I just cannot leave them on my head all day which is a real shame and I find that they press the arms of my glasses into the sides of my face so I have to take off my glasses when I’m wearing these. A few oz lighter in an updated model without sacrificing the lack of vibration quality would be amazing!

    Fine but better options exist

These headphones work fine but their price is comical. They're basically $150 headphones marked up to $400. At $400 I could buy a set of Sennheiser HD600s or HD650s, or Monolith M1060s.

    Best head phones ever

So , why I recommend these headphones for the price. I’ve had almost every beats headphone product and they have all broke after a year. Mainly because I am very rough on headphones. Through the gym and getting kicked around in my travel bag for work. So the pros I have had for about 3 years now. And they still sound amazing. The frame on these headphones feels and is very durable. Only draw backs is they are slightly heavy if you want to run in these. But comfy for hours of just sitting around getting some of the best audio feedback I’ve heard from many brands .wish I could say this is a paid promotion but if your on the verge of buying these I’d say do it. worth it. They aren’t wireless but that doesn’t bother me much.

    Amazing Quality!

My old beats pro broke or should I say have been used way to much haha. I had the originals with Monster on it. They finally gave out after 5 years of using them every single day. Very durable. Some people prefer the comfort while I prefer it lasting through anything. The bass is tight and clean. The highs are crisp. Honestly since I listen to House music and Latin music these are perfect for everyday use, working out, ECT. It seems like every brand is going wireless which I notice is nowhere near as loud. I could care less about the noise cancelling that is overkill for headphones. You buy headphones for loud quality sound. Anyways you pay for what you get with these headphones. Looking forward to having them another 5 years like my Orginal.

    The worst value in headphones

They sound like premium airplane headphones, actually better put, like thumping trash, and i personally feel bad to anyone who got fleeced. If u don't trust me (which is understandable) look to any reputable reviewer to see what I mean. If u have any care where your money goes and you want premium high quality headphones made by a reputable and well respected company look at the Sennheiser momentum wireless, a generally well received pair of headphones with a a better feature set. Don't put your money into a product that simply wants to make the best margins for the company.

    Overpriced

These headphones sound half as good as the bose Q35. I see most people comparing them to Q25s which are older cheaper headphones that are 200 some odd dollars. The Bose Q35 are 50$ cheaper AND have replaceable parts. They have way better sound and are definitely better in comfort.

    Superb quality and endurement

Bought my Beats Pro in 2012. Until then I owned a lot of different headphones, but they all broke within the year or two years max, this made me chose to buy some decent quality. The aluminum body makes it heavy but also very sturdy. I still use the headphone frequently to this day and still there are no defects or visual displeasing. The sound quality is amazing, every time I use my earpods and come back to this headphone it's mind-blowing. The ability to connect other headphones to it is a nice feature. If I have to mention one minor thing, the cover which is supplied with the headphone is a bag in which the headphone doesn't even fit, that's kind of a bummer. But who needs a cover when your headphone is resistant to almost everything. Still pleased with my purchase!

Sound great, but broken headphones aren't good

I purchased these at the Apple Store in San Francisco August 2015. I really didn't need them, but thought they sounded great and figured, what the heck. I ended up using them about 10 times over two years. This wasn't hard use, just sitting in my home office and listening to music. Well, I went to put them on today and they broke. Just from putting them on. So ridiculous. I had heard this was an issue and now i know it to be true. Disappointing thing is that I am sure Apple knows it to be true as well, but wouldn't make an exception for me and will not repair the headphones. In order to repair, it will cost roughy $160. Super glue will probably do the trick, but that is lame. This is the first time Apple as a company has let me down. As a result, I will NEVER buy Beats products again. Bose from here on out. Apple will still get me for iPhones, iPads and MacBook Pros, but never again for this defective, poorly built product.

    Heavy and uncomfortable headphones

I've own several headphones before buying this Beats Pro, being the predecessor the Studio 2. What I've found is that using the headphones for too long it causes ear pain, they become very uncomfortable for me. Also their weight, it might seem ok in the beginning but with time they become an extra weight in your head that you wish you didn't had before.

    OUCH!

these headphones really hurt my ears and give me a headache. I mean my ears NOT my ear drums. the cushion does little to nothing and the inner part of the headphones which are hard just press so hard against my ears.

Tried on Friends, want to throw them at a wall

I have a pair of bose qc series headphones that are amazing. I was thinking about adding these beats to my collection, and then I tried on a friend's. First off, he had just bought them and the earcups were already separating. The bluetooth range was abysmal, and the sound quality worse. There was wayy to much muddy bass, drowning out everything else. They were super uncomfortable, and didn't really do anything else any better. I am much happier with my bose and sennheiser than I could have been with beats. Really, try anything else.

    Awesome

I love this beats product and I gotta say its my favorite. I had the Beats Solo2 for a long time and they broke because of the wiring problem then I took a break from beats when I saw my cousins have the beats pros so I tried them on and I loved them and they have great bass and sound for Hip-Hop and Dub-step. I asked my family for birthday cash and I went to Best Buy and they have the Lil Wayne Beats pros. Its all red and stuff its pretty cool I dig it. I got the Lil wayne beats pros from last year and I had no problem. Shout Out to Lil Wayne.

    Best headphones I've ever owned.

Every headphone has its own flaw. If you want to pick the flaw for the latest Beat's Pro's, you'd have to make something up. Skip the worry of cheap headphones, and go with the best. My purchase of these headphones has been one of my most satisfying experiences in awhile.
