    Best Earbuds I've Had!

I've had Apple Ear-Pod's for the past several years and I will admit, they are good. But when dirt/earwax would get in them, theres no going back and you typically have to buy a whole other pair. I've bought at least 4 pairs and that either happened or I lost them. I saw these on sale and bought them thinking of giving them a shot and I absolutely LOVE THEM! The bass quality and overall sound quality is the best I've heard in these types of earbuds. Plus they actually stay in my ears compared to the Apple ones. And with the flat cables it helps a lot with wrapping them around so they dont short out. Definitely would recommend buying!

One earbud WILL go out on you!

Just beware, like everyone else stated on these reviews, one earbud will go out on you after a while, mine it took JUST a little over a year so they would not replace them. UGH!

    Not a great Apple Product.

All I have to say is these headphones are definitely not worth the money they are sold for. I have had these for over a year and have replaced them
2 times and broke again. So I am not going through all the trouble calling and replacing. So decided not buying any Beats headphones. Gonna invest and see what options are better.
One more thing I do take care of them and don't wrap them wrong. Always on the case and still same thing.

    Doesn't even work

In short, I bought the headphones a year or two ago, only to find the right ear to be muffled and not nearly as loud as th dleft, so i sent it back for repair, and got them back a week later, only to have them break again within a month, and then i sent them for repair again and once again broke, each time, i took care of them well by using the case, not getting it damaged, scratched wet dropped etc, and now my warranty is over so they won't help me ? Barley got to use them properly as they broke within a month of each repair..

Bought it last year and it's still working

My parents got these earphones last year for my birthday present. They are still working extremely well. The only bad thing is that since they were expensive, $150(I live in Korea and it's more expensive there) I was really scared to use this. If you use it carefully there may be a higher chance of it not breaking for a long time

    Not worth the $100

I got these as a gift for Valentines Day 2016 and on June 7th they stopped working. That's only (almost) 4 months! I was so disappointed that they didn't last as long as I would hope headphones at this price would last me. The headphones that come with the iPhone last me longer than these! Don't waste your money!!!!!

    Great headphones - Storage pouch

I love these headphones. They sound so crisp and you can hear things in your music that you couldn't before with the Apple EarPods. Very nice upgrade. The only thing I don't care for is the pouch. It's a white rubber storage pouch that my beats don't fit that well in. Previous beats models came with a suede black pouch that was really nice. Not a fan of the white rubber pouch, my beats don't fit nicely in there and I'm afraid I'll break them jamming them in or out of the pouch. I may just end up buying a another form of pouch.

They didn't last even 1 year

I loved the sound and I was amazed by them when I first bought them but after 1 year or less, the left earbud started to lose volume/sound. The right earbud is losing volume as well. I tought the problem was my iPhone or my laptop but it's the same problem on every device. I don't recommend buying urbeats, the sound quality is nice but they stop working after a short time and I read other people and they had the same problem as me. They aren't worth $100.

    Not Worth it

I got them bout 7 months ago and they mic and volume button does not work anymore.
Also the buds keep slipping out of your ear every time you run or move. The buds don't fit well.
Sound quality is awesome but.. for a price like that you'd expect better quality and at least a product that'd function well.

    Surprisingly good

I've had these for about two months and had up till then always had a bit of a grudge against beats. However the sound quality is extremely good for a mid range level of earphones. They are extremely sturdy and I have had no problems with any of the functions, buttons or other. To be honest I'm surprised I haven't found any problems because I accidentally swam for about an hour and a half with them in my pockets but they still work fine. Overall really pleased with them and you couldn't ask for more at the given price.

    Amazing earphones!

Got these earphones and I was just expecting some posh nice quality earphones. When I plugged them in for the first time I was blown away. I don't think I've ever heard anything of such amazing clear, crisp sound quality. They are well worth the money and I would recommended these earphones anyday. I will definitely be buying beats again. The build quality is fantastic, the sound quality is unbelievable and these earphones are fantastic. I definitely recommend buying these!

    Good Sound, Poor Manufacturing

I bought these ear-phones roughly 6 months ago, and the mic and volume buttons quit working about a month and a half ago. and now my right ear bud quit all together. I can move the wiring around by the jack and make it work but other than that it doesn't. Overall, when they work fully they are quality ear-phones and sound amazing. But they quit working a lot from the other reviews I have read.

    Bad quality

The sound quality is excellent, the build quality not so much.

From day one the volume control button didn't work properly, the button had to be pressed multiple times before it would work. It has now stopped working altogether.

The second problem i had was when i used them with my macbook i would get an electric shock through the left headphone.

Finally when i took them to the apple store to get them repaired they were unable/unwilling to do anything, because i'm currently in the process of moving abroad, their was not enough time to have them sent of to be repaired and they were unwilling to ship them outside of the uk. By far the worst product i have bought from apple.

Would defiantly advise people against purchasing these.

    a waste of money

I purchased these earphones about 2 months after i bought my i pod nano. i was excited to have a matching set of earphones and when i received them 2 weeks after ordering them, i was thrilled. it has been just over one month. firstly i noticed the sound quality became softer. then the mic started playing up. after that the left ear phone stopped alltogether. This truly was a waste of money. i'm back to using my normal i pod given earphones and am a bit annoyed about it.

    Good Sound, Disappointing Durability

I've struggled for several years to find a decent pair of headphones that last, I finally decided to spend a little more by purchasing these and although the sound quality is great, they're comfortable, etc. I've now had them for 7 months and there seems to be a short in the wiring (only one ear is functioning). Granted I do use these a lot, walking in the city, work, traveling, running, gym, etc. You shouldn't have to buy a new pair of headphones every 6 months when you're spending $100+.

    Disappointed

I'm very upset with these earbuds. I've had them under a year and have lost sound in one earbud. Considering the price of this product one would expect them to be worth the money and to actually last over time. Overall these turned out to be much poorer quality than I originally thought they would be when first purchased.

Very durable In-Ear Headphones!!! Well done Beats!

I got these earbuds in the Space Grey SE as a birthday gift in early December of 2014 and it is now Late July of 2015 and they still work flawlessly!!! I use these earbuds every morning and every afternoon to and from school, which also requires some walking since my school is very large. I don't understand how people are having problems with the earbuds shorting out when I'm not having any problems. I've read some of the reviews on this product and some of them state that the owners have only had the earbuds for 2 months and they've already sorted out. I don't really believe that the owner of these earbuds took very good care of them. All in all, these earbuds mix a great design, great price and great sound all in one!!!

    Buyer Beware

I'm an Apple fan and great supporter of their company. However, I did want to warn people about the quality of these headphones. I purchased these headphones from Best Buy in August of 2013 at retail price. When I un-boxed the headphones the Left earbud was dead and no sound would come through the item. I took them back to Best Buy the same day and swapped them out. Fast forward 2 years and the same thing has happened. The left ear bud is dead. I can push on the cord near the headphone jack and get the music to play which indicates the wiring is at issue, not the ear bud.

When I called Beats support they offered a $60 out of warranty repair option. After researching this item, it seems to be a quite common issue.

for $100 + $60 there are much better options on the market than these headphones. My Original Apple In-Ear headphones lasted for nearly 4.5 years and I treated them much more ruggedly than I did these headphones.

I was excited to use them but now I m not happy with them

to be honest I don't recommend to buy urbeats. You have to put really inside your ears and yes good quality sound but you won't be able to hear what is going on around you. Better still use apple EarPods f. i bought urbeats and was so excited to use them but now I am not happy with them . I'm going back to Apple Store to change them for Apple EarPods.
